MIND BOGGLING ACCUSATIONS
Did Obama Assassinate Clinton Delegates?

I’m going to take you on a little journey that – even I’m not sure I believe. But it is newsworthy, in my opinion. One of my key True The Vote heroes was asked to be on the blogtalkradio station Red Right & Blue this past Saturday. And a Hollywood Producer was also on who claimed:
•She heard out of Bill Clinton’s own mouth that they KNEW Obama was not eligible, and,
•Bill Clinton shut up after his long time friend was murdered as he was about to go public.
•She was told by Democrat Operatives, that George Soros met with both Obama and Hillary to see if either would be willing to destroy the US economy.
This whole scenario is weird to me. If you are still so clueless that you think Sheriff Joe Arapio’s findings from his 6 month investigation aren’t important (or worse, wrong), then YOU are part of the problem. (And that includes Limbaugh, Levin, Malkin, Hannity and Erick Erickson at RedState who took an OATH to uphold the Constitution). I’ll be honest. If I hadn’t downloaded the long form birth certificate myself into Photoshop the day it was released to see it for myself, I would still just be trying to grasp this.
But I did and interviewed Bob Cooley who WITNESSED Obama’s Chicago machine’s corruption (stealing votes, fixing cases and getting payoff’s) – I wouldn’t be this open to these new allegations.

BACKGROUND ON FIRST POLITICAL “Assassination”
For those who have not been following this, UR’s Washington Insider described how long time Democratic Operative Kam Kuwata (who set up the 2008 Denver Democratic convention and ran Hillary’s West Coast campaign) was found inexplicably murdered after he informed some other Democrats of Obama being carried into a room, weird chanting and suddenly emerging as if he was a new man only moments later. (I know – it sounds preposterous but read the COMMENTS in the above linked article and trace the evidence yourself.) Kuwata was Diane Feinstein’s aide and longtime friend. The timeline is much stranger and happens this way:

HILLARY CLINTON SUPERDELEGATE MURDERED
I don’t have much patience for non-professional, well sourced media whether it be ABC, Allahpundit or a All My Chitlin. (All of which have been sorely lacking in getting stories correct I might add.) Red, Right & Blue (RRB) blogtalkradio show seems to be made of completely
non-professionals.
I heard claims made by different parties on the show that I KNOW to be factually untrue, so this all has to be taken with caution. [For instance, Bettina claims the only Legislation which Obama sponsored in Illinois was a “National Islam Day.”

She is also wildly misinformed on Newt Gingrich’s positions including having been a major player in fighting HillaryCare, ObamaCare, TARP and Cap & Trade. She also claims Santorum voted “almost exclusively” with Pelosi and Reed which is ridiculous even WITH Santorum’s big government votes.]
The only reason PolitiJim is proceeding with this story is because it is FIRST HAND TESTIMONY by Hollywood Agent/Producer Bettina Sofia Viviano on matters she would likely have direct knowledge of, or association with Democratic officials who would.
Ms. Viviano was a non-political liberal Democrat who was approached to make the documentary about the irregularities of voter fraud by Barack Obama against Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democratic Presidential Nominating race.

From the media you would have thought Obama won in a landslide. But gong into the convention, Obama led Hillary by only 165 delegates out of 4418 (3.7%). Texas has a primary, followed by a caucus the same day where delegates are bound by their earlier voting. Although Hillary actually won the popular vote in Texas by 52% to 48%, for the first time in state history, the caucus results did not match the primary and were wildly skewed toward Obama 56% to 44%. Many precincts NEVER turned in votes. And this happened nationwide. In primary states (more difficult to initiate voter fraud), Clinton consistently won by 2% to 4%. In caucus states where Obama controlled the mechanisms, he won almost 2 to 1, a statistical impossibility.

In the documentary, another Hillary supporter who was a SuperDelegate describes a call from a Senator who told her since she voted for Hillary if she ran for political office they would strip all of her position with the Democrat party.
There were over 2,000 complaints (including criminal) in Texas alone. In her RRB interview, Viviano describes footage of a young African American delegate who was threatened with murder if he did not change his allegiance to Obama from Hillary. (As far as we know, Rick Santorum’s similar antics against Newt Gingrich did not involve criminal violence, although we were told he did a similar thing in Pennsylvania in 2006.)
Pelosi bribed 28 MULTIPLE super delegates to support Barack Obama with cash gifts up to $250,000. Sixteen (16) of 28 endorsed Obama although their state and district selected Hillary Clinton. Bettina also reported that the interviews done with women from Obama’s home church Trinity United Church of Christ and had to be conducted with anonymity due to their fear of Obama. An interview in the film (from Chicago) admits many tactics are well known to those who live in the Obama Machine areas. You never heard it on ABCBSNBC but past voting fraud by Obama was vicious. With this as a backdrop, Bettina Viviano mentioned two different things in her RRB interview. In three completely different places in the interview she said:
•She heard DIRECTLY out of Bill and Hillary’s mouth that they knew he was not eligible.
•She was told by the Hillary camp that Bill was going to “out Obama” but he was threatened and backed off.
•She said that Bill Clinton’s best friend was murdered as a threat.
Are these events connected? Hold onto your feathers, for they are about to fly when you see it in the chronology and order I do.
Hillary’s campaign became public with the fraud during the Texas primary and caucus on March 4th of 2008. After asking Clinton about the “racist” remarks he made during the campaign, ABC reporter Kate Snow asks AGAIN about eligibility (6:30 mark), which is quite odd since most professional broadcasters wouldn’t repeat the SAME topic after discussing so many others with such a short time of video available. Snow asks, “Do you think he is completely qualified to be President? Because in the campaign there were some things you said…” Clinton:
No, I never said he wasn’t qualified. The constitution sets the qualifications to be President. Then the people decide who they think would be the better President. I think we have two choices. I think he should win and I think he will win.
Notice, the Slickster NEVER COMES OUT AND SAYS HE IS QUALIFIED. If the Clintons had already made some threat to Obama about getting out or offering the V.P. position to Hillary, is it possible that he is saying, “Obama you have two choices. I hope you (win) make the right one?”
Eight Days later a Target store employee studying computer science at a nearby college, inexplicably became irritable and spray painted a hallway at work being let go. (???)
Timothy Dale Johnson went to the offices of Hillary friend and Super Delegate Bill Gwalenty at the Arkansas Democratic Headquarters and asked some questions about volunteering. He poked his head into Gwalenty’s office shooting him fatally.
He then walked into the Southern Baptist Convention building waved his gun and left without harming anyone. He was chased by police and shot 6 times dying instantly as he attempted to open a rifle case that seemed locked.
Police closed the investigation finding no motive, no connection to Gwalenty and the police were cleared for shooting Timothy Johnson. The family is baffled.
The following Monday Bill Clinton gave an energy summit speech widely covered because he EQUALLY PRAISED Obama and McCain.
One Day later Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Cleveland, another super delegate, and one of Hillary Clinton’s most prominent black supporters, was found in her car unconscious, and died of a brain hemorrhage after her car went out of control.
Police have no explanation why. Tubbs had been extremely vocal about the pressure put upon her to support Barack Obama and fiercely resisted even calling out the practice.
This certainly lends credence to the two camps “yelling and screaming” at each other during the convention according to her insiders. Politico mentioned the tension, though none of these specific items.
As most conservatives know Bill Clinton is no stranger to “coincidental deaths” including Vince Foster, Ron Brown, and scores more. No other President had this many people he was connected to die, especially those that had Chinese contribution secrets (Huang) or past financial scandals (McDougal). But it WOULD explain why Hillary “gave up” when it shocked most of us.
Especially if they knew Barack Obama had his own “body count.”
OTHER ASSASSINATIONS AND STRANGE DEATHS
Buried by the mainstream media are the stories from Obama’s murdered gay lovers at Jeremiah Wright’s church within WEEKS of each other – execution style. (If you still don’t know or believe Obama is bi-sexual you might want to watch the video testimony of Larry Sinclair) Also inexplicable are the deaths of Seal Team Six who NEVER would fly an entire company in one helicopter alone.
Don’t get me started on Fast & Furious and the death of his Grandmother FROM CANCER 2 days before the general election who was, according to Barack Obama “sharp as a tack,” except for osteoporosis only 2 months earlier. (Anyone want to guess why he traveled all the way back to Hawaii in the middle of a campaign because she was “suddenly ill” but only did so FOR ONE HOUR and without Michelle and the kids?)
Maybe SOME legislators will begin to understand why we patriots are more than a little nervous with Obama and his administration being given questionable power in any form.
OTHER NOTEABLE BETTINA VIVIANO INTERVIEW ITEMS
The WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED film was rushed into production and Bettina’s film partners printed copies to show at the Democrat National Convention in Denver at local theaters. She says only later did she realize it was Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean and the Democratic Party that were the perpetrators.
Just as she described on the RRB interview, I found news stories that the DNC PROHIBITED the Hillary delegates from being counted as they had in every previous election.
California was completely PASSED OVER and not even called on during the convention following a SECRET VOTE that reporters would not inquire upon.
Among other Viviano bombshells:
•She claims she has obtained a memo from Donna Brazile from 2004 saying they had predetermined Barack Obama to be the candidate for 2008.
•She says Democrats are planning in 2012 (and have in the past) to drive through skid row and pay the homeless to vote with liquor and booze bribes, as well as getting Alzheimer's patients to vote.
•Alice Palmer, (the lady who through Obama’s first political fund raiser at Bill Ayers house) was disqualified with all other challengers from running for her old Senate seat by Barack Obama’s lawyers when he decided he wanted the seat. She became a Hillary supporter. (Links in 2012 Section below.)
•She claims it was widely known at the time that John McCain was not qualified as a natural born citizen either. Theory Link
•Claims her Democrat sources told her it was a “fact” that George Soros met with Hillary and Obama. Soros said his agenda was to tear this economy down to the ground. Obama said, “no problem.” Hillary said, “no way.”

2012 Will be WORSE
Bettina mentions that she has seen the Black Panther offices they set up in Houston to prepare for 2012. Bob Cooley, who wrote about many of these techniques in his book WHEN CORRUPTION WAS KING, has said the “$1 Billion” in campaign funds isn’t going to be used for TV ads, it will be to buy off precinct chairmen, pay volunteers to overwhelm the voting systems with fraud (like we saw in the Wisconsin recall where “Mickey Mouse” was allowed), and to pay HACKERS TO change the electronic voting machine systems.
As we wrote in “IS THIS THE OBAMA CRIME PLAN?,” it made absolutely no sense that Obama would doing NOTHING to move himself closer to the “center” (as all good unprincipled Democrats do) before an election. What possible advantage is there in killing 100,000 jobs with the Keystone Pipeline? If Obama thinks he can get away with this nationally, against the “Body Count” Clintons – you can believe that this election season will be worse than one overseen by Hugo Chavez as Secretary of State.
And it explains WHY he feels no need to do REAL things that create jobs and make him popular. He simply doesn’t think he’ll need it.

HILLARY CLINTON SUPERDELEGATE MURDERED
I don’t have much patience for non-professional, well sourced media whether it be ABC, Allahpundit or a All My Chitlin. (All of which have been sorely lacking in getting stories correct I might add.) Red, Right & Blue (RRB) blogtalkradio show seems to be made of completely
non-professionals.
I heard claims made by different parties on the show that I KNOW to be factually untrue, so this all has to be taken with caution. [For instance, Bettina claims the only Legislation which Obama sponsored in Illinois was a “National Islam Day.”

She is also wildly misinformed on Newt Gingrich’s positions including having been a major player in fighting HillaryCare, ObamaCare, TARP and Cap & Trade. She also claims Santorum voted “almost exclusively” with Pelosi and Reed which is ridiculous even WITH Santorum’s big government votes.]
The only reason PolitiJim is proceeding with this story is because it is FIRST HAND TESTIMONY by Hollywood Agent/Producer Bettina Sofia Viviano on matters she would likely have direct knowledge of, or association with Democratic officials who would.
Ms. Viviano was a non-political liberal Democrat who was approached to make the documentary about the irregularities of voter fraud by Barack Obama against Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democratic Presidential Nominating race.

From the media you would have thought Obama won in a landslide. But gong into the convention, Obama led Hillary by only 165 delegates out of 4418 (3.7%). Texas has a primary, followed by a caucus the same day where delegates are bound by their earlier voting. Although Hillary actually won the popular vote in Texas by 52% to 48%, for the first time in state history, the caucus results did not match the primary and were wildly skewed toward Obama 56% to 44%. Many precincts NEVER turned in votes. And this happened nationwide. In primary states (more difficult to initiate voter fraud), Clinton consistently won by 2% to 4%. In caucus states where Obama controlled the mechanisms, he won almost 2 to 1, a statistical impossibility.

In the documentary, another Hillary supporter who was a SuperDelegate describes a call from a Senator who told her since she voted for Hillary if she ran for political office they would strip all of her position with the Democrat party.
There were over 2,000 complaints (including criminal) in Texas alone. In her RRB interview, Viviano describes footage of a young African American delegate who was threatened with murder if he did not change his allegiance to Obama from Hillary. (As far as we know, Rick Santorum’s similar antics against Newt Gingrich did not involve criminal violence, although we were told he did a similar thing in Pennsylvania in 2006.)
Pelosi bribed 28 MULTIPLE super delegates to support Barack Obama with cash gifts up to $250,000. Sixteen (16) of 28 endorsed Obama although their state and district selected Hillary Clinton. Bettina also reported that the interviews done with women from Obama’s home church Trinity United Church of Christ and had to be conducted with anonymity due to their fear of Obama. An interview in the film (from Chicago) admits many tactics are well known to those who live in the Obama Machine areas. You never heard it on ABCBSNBC but past voting fraud by Obama was vicious. •She said that Bill Clinton’s best friend was murdered as a threat.

The smirk that he says on the word “change,” the second word in Obama’s campaign theme, is UNDENIABLE. Remember, this is the word parser of all word parsers. IS isn’t always IS to him. Is it possible that Clinton arranged for the African interview on Obama’s birthday when rumors of his Kenyan birth were swirling, to actually make a THREAT to Obama that Barack’s political life could be SAVED and CHANGED if he offered Hillary the Veep slot? Or even step aside?
After asking Clinton about the “racist” remarks he made during the campaign, ABC reporter Kate Snow asks AGAIN about eligibility (6:30 mark), which is quite odd since most professional broadcasters wouldn’t repeat the SAME topic after discussing so many others with such a short time of video available. Snow asks, “Do you think he is completely qualified to be President? Because in the campaign there were some things you said…” Clinton:
No, I never said he wasn’t qualified. The constitution sets the qualifications to be President. Then the people decide who they think would be the better President. I think we have two choices. I think he should win and I think he will win.
Notice, the Slickster NEVER COMES OUT AND SAYS HE IS QUALIFIED. If the Clintons had already made some threat to Obama about getting out or offering the V.P. position to Hillary, is it possible that he is saying, “Obama you have two choices. I hope you (win) make the right one?”
Eight Days later a Target store employee studying computer science at a nearby college, inexplicably became irritable and spray painted a hallway at work being let go. (???)
Timothy Dale Johnson went to the offices of Hillary friend and Super Delegate Bill Gwalenty at the Arkansas Democratic Headquarters and asked some questions about volunteering. He poked his head into Gwalenty’s office shooting him fatally.
He then walked into the Southern Baptist Convention building waved his gun and left without harming anyone. He was chased by police and shot 6 times dying instantly as he attempted to open a rifle case that seemed locked.
Police closed the investigation finding no motive, no connection to Gwalenty and the police were cleared for shooting Timothy Johnson. The family is baffled.
The following Monday Bill Clinton gave an energy summit speech widely covered because he EQUALLY PRAISED Obama and McCain.
One Day later Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Cleveland, another super delegate, and one of Hillary Clinton’s most prominent black supporters, was found in her car unconscious, and died of a brain hemorrhage after her car went out of control.
Police have no explanation why. Tubbs had been extremely vocal about the pressure put upon her to support Barack Obama and fiercely resisted even calling out the practice.
This certainly lends credence to the two camps “yelling and screaming” at each other during the convention according to her insiders. Politico mentioned the tension, though none of these specific items.
As most conservatives know Bill Clinton is no stranger to “coincidental deaths” including Vince Foster, Ron Brown, and scores more. No other President had this many people he was connected to die, especially those that had Chinese contribution secrets (Huang) or past financial scandals (McDougal). But it WOULD explain why Hillary “gave up” when it shocked most of us.
Especially if they knew Barack Obama had his own “body count.”
OTHER ASSASSINATIONS AND STRANGE DEATHS
Buried by the mainstream media are the stories from Obama’s murdered gay lovers at Jeremiah Wright’s church within WEEKS of each other – execution style. (If you still don’t know or believe Obama is bi-sexual you might want to watch the video testimony of Larry Sinclair) Also inexplicable are the deaths of Seal Team Six who NEVER would fly an entire company in one helicopter alone.
Don’t get me started on Fast & Furious and the death of his Grandmother FROM CANCER 2 days before the general election who was, according to Barack Obama “sharp as a tack,” except for osteoporosis only 2 months earlier. (Anyone want to guess why he traveled all the way back to Hawaii in the middle of a campaign because she was “suddenly ill” but only did so FOR ONE HOUR and without Michelle and the kids?)
Maybe SOME legislators will begin to understand why we patriots are more than a little nervous with Obama and his administration being given questionable power in any form.
OTHER NOTEABLE BETTINA VIVIANO INTERVIEW ITEMS
The WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED film was rushed into production and Bettina’s film partners printed copies to show at the Democrat National Convention in Denver at local theaters. She says only later did she realize it was Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean and the Democratic Party that were the perpetrators.
Just as she described on the RRB interview, I found news stories that the DNC PROHIBITED the Hillary delegates from being counted as they had in every previous election.
California was completely PASSED OVER and not even called on during the convention following a SECRET VOTE that reporters would not inquire upon.
Among other Viviano bombshells:
•She claims she has obtained a memo from Donna Brazile from 2004 saying they had predetermined Barack Obama to be the candidate for 2008.
•She says Democrats are planning in 2012 (and have in the past) to drive through skid row and pay the homeless to vote with liquor and booze bribes, as well as getting Alzheimer's patients to vote.
•Alice Palmer, (the lady who through Obama’s first political fund raiser at Bill Ayers house) was disqualified with all other challengers from running for her old Senate seat by Barack Obama’s lawyers when he decided he wanted the seat. She became a Hillary supporter. (Links in 2012 Section below.)
•She claims it was widely known at the time that John McCain was not qualified as a natural born citizen either. Theory Link
•Claims her Democrat sources told her it was a “fact” that George Soros met with Hillary and Obama. Soros said his agenda was to tear this economy down to the ground. Obama said, “no problem.” Hillary said, “no way.”

•At IOWA caucus she attended - Ron Paul had 99% of the votes BUT ALL PARTICIPANTS WERE DEMOCRATS.
Viviano and her partners have had offers to help finish and promote the film including Andrew Breitbart, PJTV and others. Her partner in the production however, a Democrat, is too afraid too continue at this point she believes.
2012 Will be WORSE
Bettina mentions that she has seen the Black Panther offices they set up in Houston to prepare for 2012. Bob Cooley, who wrote about many of these techniques in his book WHEN CORRUPTION WAS KING, has said the “$1 Billion” in campaign funds isn’t going to be used for TV ads, it will be to buy off precinct chairmen, pay volunteers to overwhelm the voting systems with fraud (like we saw in the Wisconsin recall where “Mickey Mouse” was allowed), and to pay HACKERS TO change the electronic voting machine systems.
As we wrote in “IS THIS THE OBAMA CRIME PLAN?,” it made absolutely no sense that Obama would doing NOTHING to move himself closer to the “center” (as all good unprincipled Democrats do) before an election. What possible advantage is there in killing 100,000 jobs with the Keystone Pipeline? If Obama thinks he can get away with this nationally, against the “Body Count” Clintons – you can believe that this election season will be worse than one overseen by Hugo Chavez as Secretary of State.
And it explains WHY he feels no need to do REAL things that create jobs and make him popular. He simply doesn’t think he’ll need it.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
As Alan Vera of TrueTheVote said in his stirring speech at the Texas Straw Poll, we need bodies. Bodies who simply give a little time to observe voting and keep the cockroaches from operating in the dark.

OAXACA, Mexico - The elder daughter of U.S. President Barack Obama is spending her spring break in the historic Mexican city of Oaxaca in the company of 12 friends, a state police official said.

"We are here to block access to the hotel by other people and escort the vehicles that are carrying the visitors to tourism sites," the police official told AFP under the condition of anonymity.
Malia Obama and her friend are guarded by 25 U.S. Secret Service agents as well as Mexican police, the official noted.
The group, which arrived in Oaxaca Saturday, has already visited the architectural zone of Mitla and the tree of El Tule believed to have one thousand years.

The character of any man is defined by how he treats his mother as the years pass .... need I say more about this person below other than there is no character, no integrity, but there is a ton of attitude and arrogance that defines his shallow past and hollow future...
I rest my case..
I bought and read Obama's book, Audacity of Hope. It was difficult to read considering his attitude toward us and everything American. Let me add a phrase he used to describe his attitude toward whites. He harbors a "COIL OF RAGE". His words not mine.

To draw Iran into nuclear talks, Obama avoids ousting Assad

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal did not hide his anger before marching out of the Friends of Syria conference attended by 70 nations in Tunis Friday, Feb. 24 after they fell in behind US plans for avoiding direct action against Syria’s Bashar Assad.
AbdullaFilmed sitting with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Saudi minister told a reporter that arming the Free Syrian Army was an “excellent idea” because they needed to defend themselves. Clinton remained frostily aloof on this obvious bone of contention.
Alan Note: for some time now, and Saudi King Abdullah has refused to take calls from Obama because of the latter's support of Iran's clerics, including operations in Syria, and thus Obama taking sides AGAINST long time ally Saudi interests and well being. Similarly to his taking sides and overthrowing our allies in several Moslem countries to increase the Moslem Brotherhood's (terrorist organization) power and influence in those countries.
As one of the world’s richest oil and financial powers, Saudi Arabia could buy and sell Iran several times over, and after seeing the ayatollahs get away with insulting America time and time again, the Saudi foreign minister did not pull his punches when he faced his US colleague.
He was frank about Riyadh and the Obama administration being miles apart in their perceptions of current Middle East events; resentment over the US role in the overthrow of Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak remains a constant irritant.
This dissonance came to the fore when Saudi al Faisal accused Washington of reducing Assad’s butchery of his opponents to the level of a humanitarian issue and so saving his regime.
Riyadh is no happier with Moscow than it is with Washington.
Saudi King Abdullah is reported by Middle East sources to have banged down the telephone on Russian President Dmitry Medvedev Wednesday, Feb. 22, when he called to invite the oil kingdom to align with Russia’s Syrian strategy against the West.
Tariq Alhomayed, the talented editor of the London-based Asharq Al-Awsat, who is regarded as having a direct line to the king, wrote later: “This was undoubtedly a historic and unusual telephone call.” He reported that Abdullah rejected out of hand Moscow’s proposal of a two-hour ceasefire in Homs, the Syrian city bombarded now for three weeks. He retorted that this would give Bashar Assad’s killing machine a 22-hour day carte blanche.
Alhomayed did not refer directly to the clash of wills between the Saudi foreign minister and the US secretary of state, except for a snide dig: “He [the Saudi king] is also the one who, during the Arab summit in Riyadh, first described the US army in Iraq as an army of occupation.”
Israel’s Binyamin Netanyahu’s is of one mind with Saudi rulers in his aversion to big power policies for handling the Assad regime: Washington though horrified by the Syrian ruler's violence is yet shy of taking the final steps for his removal, while Moscow showers arms and intelligence on the Syrian despot to preserve him from his enemies.
It may be said that the Saudis and Israelis share a distrust of President Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin, suspecting them both of keeping Bashar Assad in power to promote their divergent interests in Iran.
The Saudi king faults the “safe havens” plan under air force protection – the sum total of foreign intervention taking shape between Washington, Turkey, some European powers and Gulf emirates - because it excludes what he regards as the key component: Bombardment of the presidential palace in Damascus and the crushing of the Syrian army, the same treatment meted out to Muammar Qaddafi in Libya.
The Saudis therefore sees this plan as actually protecting Assad’s regime and not only his victims.
Underlying Obama’s restraint is his indefatigable quest for nuclear negotiations with Iran, which is impelling him to show Tehran he is even prepared to keep its ally Assad in power – albeit with clipped wings - for the sake of a negotiated nuclear accord.
Alan Note: it is unbelievable that any sane, or at best unbiased person, can still believe that Iran is williing to negotiate giving up their nuclear technology progress, so Obama is putting up weird smoke screens to protect the Mullahs.
The Saudis think the US president is dreaming if he reckons Iran’s rulers will be so grateful for Assad’s escape that they will be willing to give up their aspirations for a nuclear weapon.
They also think Obama misguided in aiming for Russian collaboration in making its political, military, technological and nuclear clout in Tehran available at some point for them to arrive together at agreed accommodations in both Syria and Iran.
Riyadh regards its case as proven beyond doubt by events of the past week.
Up until Monday, Feb. 20, Washington was bucked up by Iranian signposts apparently pointing to resumed talks with world powers on an eventual nuclear standstill and a freeze on uranium enrichment past five percent.
Iranian emissaries in backdoor exchanges were forthcoming on US requests for gestures to confirm that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was serious about entering into diplomatic dialogue.
A rude awakening was not long coming.
Ten days ago, the Obama administration asked and received from Tehran final proof of goodwill, a promise that International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors would be allowed to view the Parchin military facility.
US National Security Adviser Tom Donilon, when he first met Israeli leaders in Jerusalem Thursday and Friday (Feb. 16-17), accordingly informed them that since Tehran had agreed to open this suspect site to UN inspection and nuclear negotiations were soon to begin, Israel had no cause to attack its nuclear facilities.
Tuesday, Feb. 21, the UN inspectors arrived in Tehran, certain they would be admitted to Parchin – only to run into their second Iranian refusal this month. Their visit was cut short by IAEA Vienna headquarters.
Every attempt by Washington to find out what had gone wrong drew a blank. Iranian officials withdrew into total hush and let the entire diplomatic edifice so painstakingly constructed by Washington start falling apart.
But Obama the "eternal optimist" (deceiver) has not given up (blowing smoke).
He is treating Tehran’s latest spell of intransigence as no more than a hiccup symptomatic of the run-up to parliamentary elections on March 2, after which Khamenei will revert to the track leading to negotiations.
This approach is what put Saudi backs up. They accuse the US and Russia through their different polices of granting the Syrian ruler a license to keep on massacring his people, regardless of any safe havens or “no kill” zones the West may be planning.
Netanyahu is likewise opposed to the Obama administration’s interconnected policies on Syria and Iran. His White House meeting with Obama on March 5 is not expected to put this dispute to rest.

Treasury Designates Iranian Ministry of Intellligence and Security for Human Rights Abuses and Support for Terrorism

Ministry Targeted for its Role in Facilitating Abuses by the Iranian and Syrian Regimes
WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of the Treasury today announced the designation of the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS), Iran's primary intelligence organization, for its support to terrorist groups as well as its central role in perpetrating human rights abuses against the citizens of Iran and its role in supporting the Syrian regime as it continues to commit human rights abuses against the people of Syria.
Today’s actions were taken in consultation with the Department of State and other agencies, as applicable, pursuant to Executive Orders (E.O.) 13224, 13553 and 13572, which target terrorists and their supporters and those responsible for human rights abuses in Iran and Syria, respectively. Any property or property interests in the United States or in the possession or control of U.S. persons in which the MOIS has an interest are blocked, and U.S. persons are prohibited from engaging in transactions with it. As a result of today’s action all members of the MOIS are also ineligible to receive visas from the Department of State.
“Today we have designated the MOIS for abusing the basic human rights of Iranian citizens and exporting its vicious practices to support the Syrian regime’s abhorrent crackdown on its own population,” said Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence David S. Cohen. “In addition, we are designating the MOIS for its support to terrorist groups, including al Qa’ida, al Qa’ida in Iraq, Hizballah and HAMAS, again exposing the extent of Iran’s sponsorship of terrorism as a matter of Iranian state policy.”
The United States first exposed Iran’s assistance to the Syrian government in its violent crackdown against the Syrian population when, on April 29, 2011, President Obama identified Iran´s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps - Qods Force (IRGC-QF) as subject to sanctions pursuant to E.O. 13572.
The IRGC-QF serves as a conduit for Iranian material support to the Syrian General Intelligence Directorate (GID), the overarching civilian intelligence service in Syria.
On May 18, 2011, Treasury imposed sanctions on two IRGC-QF senior officers, Qasem Soleimani, the Commander of the IRGC-QF, and Mohsen Chizari, a senior IRGC-QF officer who serves as the Commander of IRGC-QF Operations and Training.
A little over a month later, on June 29, 2011, Treasury designated Iran’s Law Enforcement Forces (LEF), which is commonly referred to as Iran’s national police.
Like the IRGC-QF, the LEF provided material support to the Syrian GID; it also dispatched personnel to Damascus in April to assist the Syrian government in its efforts to suppress the Syrian people.
Ismail Ahmadi Moghadam, the chief of Iran’s LEF, and Ahmad-Reza Radan, the deputy chief of Iran’s LEF were also designated at that time.
In April 2011, Radan traveled to Damascus, where he met with Syrian security services and provided expertise to aid in the Syrian government's crackdown on the Syrian people.
Executive Order 13224 (Terrorism)
The U.S. Department of the Treasury today designated MOIS pursuant to E.O. 13224 for its support to Hizballah, HAMAS and al Qa’ida.
MOIS provides financial, material, or technological support for, or financial or other services to Hizballah, a terrorist organization designated under E.O. 13224. MOIS has participated in multiple joint projects with Hizballah in computer hacking.
MOIS provides financial, material, or technological support for, or financial or other services to HAMAS, a terrorist group also designated under E.O. 13224.
MOIS has facilitated the movement of al Qa’ida operatives in Iran and provided them with documents, identification cards, and passports.
MOIS also provided money and weapons to al Qa’ida in Iraq (AQI), a terrorist group designated under E.O. 13224, and negotiated prisoner releases of AQI operatives.
Executive Order 13572 (Syria Human Rights Abuses)
The U.S. Department of the Treasury today also designated MOIS pursuant to E.O. 13572 for providing support to the Syrian regime’s violent repression of dissent in Syria. MOIS, like the IRGC-QF, and the Iranian LEF, has provided financial, material, or technological support to the Syrian GID, whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to E.O. 13572. MOIS has provided substantial technical assistance to the Syrian GID for the purpose of assisting the Syrian regime in its violent crackdown on protesters.
Executive Order 13553 (Iran Human Rights Abuses)

Ministry Targeted for its Role in Facilitating Abuses by the Iranian and Syrian Regimes

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of the Treasury today announced the designation of the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS), Iran's primary intelligence organization, for its support to terrorist groups as well as its central role in perpetrating human rights abuses against the citizens of Iran and its role in supporting the Syrian regime as it continues to commit human rights abuses against the people of Syria.
Today’s actions were taken in consultation with the Department of State and other agencies, as applicable, pursuant to Executive Orders (E.O.) 13224, 13553 and 13572, which target terrorists and their supporters and those responsible for human rights abuses in Iran and Syria, respectively. Any property or property interests in the United States or in the possession or control of U.S. persons in which the MOIS has an interest are blocked, and U.S. persons are prohibited from engaging in transactions with it. As a result of today’s action all members of the MOIS are also ineligible to receive visas from the Department of State.
“Today we have designated the MOIS for abusing the basic human rights of Iranian citizens and exporting its vicious practices to support the Syrian regime’s abhorrent crackdown on its own population,” said Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence David S. Cohen. “In addition, we are designating the MOIS for its support to terrorist groups, including al Qa’ida, al Qa’ida in Iraq, Hizballah and HAMAS, again exposing the extent of Iran’s sponsorship of terrorism as a matter of Iranian state policy.”
The United States first exposed Iran’s assistance to the Syrian government in its violent crackdown against the Syrian population when, on April 29, 2011, President Obama identified Iran´s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps - Qods Force (IRGC-QF) as subject to sanctions pursuant to E.O. 13572.
The IRGC-QF serves as a conduit for Iranian material support to the Syrian General Intelligence Directorate (GID), the overarching civilian intelligence service in Syria.
On May 18, 2011, Treasury imposed sanctions on two IRGC-QF senior officers, Qasem Soleimani, the Commander of the IRGC-QF, and Mohsen Chizari, a senior IRGC-QF officer who serves as the Commander of IRGC-QF Operations and Training.
A little over a month later, on June 29, 2011, Treasury designated Iran’s Law Enforcement Forces (LEF), which is commonly referred to as Iran’s national police.
Like the IRGC-QF, the LEF provided material support to the Syrian GID; it also dispatched personnel to Damascus in April to assist the Syrian government in its efforts to suppress the Syrian people.
Ismail Ahmadi Moghadam, the chief of Iran’s LEF, and Ahmad-Reza Radan, the deputy chief of Iran’s LEF were also designated at that time.
In April 2011, Radan traveled to Damascus, where he met with Syrian security services and provided expertise to aid in the Syrian government's crackdown on the Syrian people.
Executive Order 13224 (Terrorism)
The U.S. Department of the Treasury today designated MOIS pursuant to E.O. 13224 for its support to Hizballah, HAMAS and al Qa’ida.
MOIS provides financial, material, or technological support for, or financial or other services to Hizballah, a terrorist organization designated under E.O. 13224. MOIS has participated in multiple joint projects with Hizballah in computer hacking.
MOIS provides financial, material, or technological support for, or financial or other services to HAMAS, a terrorist group also designated under E.O. 13224.
MOIS has facilitated the movement of al Qa’ida operatives in Iran and provided them with documents, identification cards, and passports.
MOIS also provided money and weapons to al Qa’ida in Iraq (AQI), a terrorist group designated under E.O. 13224, and negotiated prisoner releases of AQI operatives.
Executive Order 13572 (Syria Human Rights Abuses)
The U.S. Department of the Treasury today also designated MOIS pursuant to E.O. 13572 for providing support to the Syrian regime’s violent repression of dissent in Syria. MOIS, like the IRGC-QF, and the Iranian LEF, has provided financial, material, or technological support to the Syrian GID, whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to E.O. 13572. MOIS has provided substantial technical assistance to the Syrian GID for the purpose of assisting the Syrian regime in its violent crackdown on protesters.
Executive Order 13553 (Iran Human Rights Abuses)

Iran turns to barter for food as sanctions cripple imports

PARIS/TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran is turning to barter - offering gold bullion in overseas vaults or tankerloads of oil - in return for food as new financial sanctions have hurt its ability to import basic staples for its 74 million people, commodities traders said Thursday.
Difficulty paying for urgent import needs has contributed to sharp rises in the prices of basic foodstuffs, causing hardship for Iranians with just weeks to go before an election seen as a referendum on President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's economic policies.
New sanctions imposed by the United States and European Union to punish Iran for its nuclear program do not bar firms from selling Iran food but they make it difficult to carry out the international financial transactions needed to pay for it.
Reuters surveys of commodities traders around the globe show that since the start of the year, Iran has had trouble securing imports of basic staples like rice, cooking oil, animal feed and tea. Grain ships have been held at its ports, refusing to unload until payment can be received for cargo.
With Iran's rial currency tumbling, the prices of rice, bread and meat in Iranian bazaars have doubled or more in dollar terms in recent months.
Iranian grain importers have in the past side-stepped sanctions by booking business through the United Arab Emirates, traders said, but this option was cut off by the UAE government in response to sanctions.
Iran has been trading oil in currencies like Japanese yen, South Korean won and Indian rupees, but such deals make it difficult to repatriate profits.
Deals revealed Thursday appear to be among the first in which Iran has had to result to offering cashless barter to avoid sanctions, a sign of new urgency as it seeks to buy food and get around the financial restrictions.
"Grain deals are being paid for in gold bullion and barter deals are being offered," one European grains trader said, speaking on condition of anonymity while discussing commercial deals. "Some of the major trading houses are involved."
Another trader said: "As the shipments of grain are so large, barter or gold payments are the quickest option."
Details of how the barter deals work are still unclear as the payments problem is so new, and traders did not disclose the exact size of such deals.
PIVOTAL TIME
The economic hardship is being felt in Iran at a pivotal time in its domestic politics and its nuclear diplomacy with the West. The United States and Europe say the sanctions are needed to push Iran to the negotiating table before it produces enough nuclear material to build an atomic bomb.
Iran says its nuclear program is peaceful. Last month it began nuclear enrichment at a new facility deep under a mountain to make it secure from military strikes.
Iranian officials deny that sanctions are having a serious economic impact, while also saying that their people are willing to endure any hardship in support of the country's sovereign right to nuclear technology.
Officials in Israel, Iran's arch foe, openly say time is running out for air strikes to destroy the nuclear program if sanctions do not persuade Tehran to back down.
Iran's parliamentary election on March 2 will be its first vote since a presidential vote in 2009, when Ahmadinejad's disputed re-election against a reformist opponent triggered eight months of violent street demonstrations.
The Iranian government successfully put that uprising down by force, but since then the "Arab Spring" has revealed the vulnerability of authoritarian states in the region to popular anger fuelled by economic hardship.
Reformists are barely represented in next month's election, having been barred from standing or declaring boycotts. The vote will be hotly contested between Ahmadinejad's supporters and conservative opponents who blame him for economic disarray.
Children of Iranian opposition leaders called on the international community to help their voices reach the rest of the world, opposition leader Mirhossein Mousavi's website Kaleme reported Wednesday.
Reformists are planning a rally next week, which could be a rare test of whether the soaring food prices are increasing anger on the streets.
The February 14 rally would mark a year of house arrest for Mirhossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi, the candidates who opposed Ahmadinejad in 2009. It was announced on Mousavi's website, Kaleme.
"DOOMED"
The effect of Iran's difficulty processing payments on often opaque international commodities markets can be felt directly on the streets in the form of higher prices and shortages.
According to commodities traders in Asia, shipments of palm oil from both the top suppliers, Indonesia and Malaysia, have been halted to Iran because traders fear they cannot get paid. The two countries account for 90 percent of global supply of the oil, a staple ingredient for products from margarine to sweets.
"I can confirm that Singaporean firms have stopped. We don't want to go anywhere near Iran at this moment, it is too risky," said a trader with a listed Singaporean firm that ships Indonesian palm oil cargoes to the Middle East and Iran.
A trading source from Saudi Arabia whose firm runs a 16,000-tonne-a-year plant that refines food oil in Iran said the sector was barely operating. A margarine factory owner in Tehran told Reuters Wednesday he expected to halt production within months because of a shortage of raw materials.
The impact could be felt in a Tehran pastry shop.
"We are going bankrupt and probably will be closed within weeks," said the owner Thursday. "All my ingredients come from abroad. Either the prices suddenly doubled or they stopped being shipped. We are doomed."
While the United States and Europe lack the authority without the United Nations to ban dealings by other countries with Iran, their measures can raise the cost of doing business so much that it is no longer profitable for traders.
"The objective of current and likely sanctions is very simple: to raise the cost of having anything to do with the purchase or shipping of Iranian petroleum to such an extent that even such potential partners who are formally beyond the legal jurisdiction of the United States or its allies will nonetheless shun doing business with Tehran," said J. Peter Pham, with the Atlantic Council, a U.S. think-tank.
China, which bought a fifth of Iran's oil exports last year, has cut its imports this year in half, seeking a steeper discount which will hurt Iran's revenues.
In public, companies and countries say they will still trade with Iran as long as it remains legal to do so.
"Like all the international companies, we do business there, but you have to be very careful," Paul Conway, chairman of U.S. agribusiness giant Cargill told Reuters in an interview on Wednesday.
Rahul Khullar, trade secretary of India, one of Iran's main trade partners, said: "If the EU and the U.S. both want to stop exports to that country, please tell me why I should follow suit? Why shouldn't I take up that business opportunity?"
Under U.S. pressure, India shut down a payments system for trade with Iran last year. Under a new system, Indian firms are expected to pay for 45 percent of their Iranian oil imports in Indian rupees to avoid going through international banks. Implementing the system has been stalled while Indian authorities work out whether to subject such payments to tax.
Traders revealed to Reuters this week that Iranian buyers had defaulted on payments for Indian rice. Khullar said there were also payment problems in tea, although he did not give details. Indian tea exports to Iran fell by a third last year.
Azam Monem, director at McLeod Russel India, the world's largest tea producer, said exporters were waiting for a system to be set up so that Iranian buyers can pay in rupees.
Reza Hosseini, a food wholesaler in Tehran, said: "The price per regular package of tea has doubled.... Since Iran is a big importer of tea, the sharp rise in price means that there is a problem with its import."
International shipping firms are cutting back business with Iran. Last year the United States blacklisted major Iranian port operator Tidewater Middle East Co, which operates seven terminals in Iran including Bandar Abbas, Iran's only container port connected to the world's big shipping lines.
"I sense that many international shipping companies are challenged beyond what they find can be justified when looking at the potential earnings of trading with Iran," said Jakob Larsen, a maritime security officer with BIMCO, the world's largest private shipowners' association.
"Having said that, I think there are still some who are able to carry on their business in a way that does not breach sanctions and yet ensures a decent return on investment."
Danish shipping company A.P. Moller-Maersk told Reuters this week it had suspended new oil tanker deals with Iran due to the EU measures.
German container shipping group Hapag-Lloyd said Thursday it no longer offered limited services to Iran. It had already ended consignments last year to Tidewater-run ports.
Iran faces a bigger challenge if U.S. lawmakers pass sanctions on its main tanker group, the privately run National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) with a fleet of 40 tankers, or on the state-owned National Iranian Oil Company.
"The measure ... would amount to de facto oil and shipping embargos," the Atlantic Council's Pham said. "The mere taint would also have a net negative effect on Iran, driving those fearful of the reach of sanctions to decide not to go through with transactions while giving Iran's remaining partners - one thinks, for example, of Chinese firms - the leverage to drive the price they pay down."

IRAN REGIME INTERNAL TERRORISTS AS WELL AS INTERNATIONAL
With only two months before Islamic Iran's scheduled elections take place, severe conflict among rival groups has caused cracks which leak information otherwise kept under wraps.
One of these shows that just in one north-eastern, holy city, Mashhad, local authorities secretly executed some 550 people last year, including one Nigerian and quite a few Afghan nationals. That is in addition to the "official" ones.
That's more than one death a day in one city!
Previous annual statistics, based mostly in the capital city of Tehran showed one execution every EIGHT hours during 2011 but clearly understated the much higher real figure if the "secret" executions were to be factored in.
Remember there are more than 100 "unofficial" prisons in major Iranian cities run by different factions of the "law enforcement" groups which do not bother to report to the National Director of Prisons.
Each formal group, such as the IRGC (Revolutionary Guard) or Bassiji (Suppression Forces) or "Lebass Shakhsi" (Plain Clothes Enforcers) or paramilitary Special Forces has its own powerful men who act as their own legal system with power to accuse, arrest, condemn and put to death anyone they wish - outside the "formal " system of "injustice".
Add to this the theocratic courts when a local Mullah UNofficially wields the same power of life and death in smaller towns or villages, even though "officially" he must formally request a confirmation of a death sentence from the Central Supreme Court in Tehran.
Knowing no local official can easily check or ensure this took place, they mete out death with impunity. The execution often taking the form of death under torture, which requires no Central confirmation and is written off as accidental or a suicide.
To hide the evidence of torture, some bodies are returned to the family by authorities inside a block of concrete! Any bruising, swelling, wounding, eventually found on the body would be attributed to chiselling/chipping the corpse out of the concrete. Specially internal wounds from gang rape by others or with foreign objects.
Meanwhile the sabre rattling by Iran and threat of closing down the Hormoz Straits to Oil tankers is part of the internal strife arising from newly appointed Generals in various paramilitary Guard and Special Forces seeking to retain power in a war environment where they can blame the ills of the country and the people on "the war"! And if need be they will
cancel elections under the saem pretext.
SOUND AND FEEL FAMILIAR? Obama is increasingly creating pretext after pretext to incite crisis by illegally acting contrary to our Constitution and creating a situation where he can declare martial law and suspend the 2012 national elections!
WARNING! There is also increasing talk in many circles that IF he senses he will not be re-elected in November 2012, Obama will DECLARE WAR ON IRAN! Psychological threat apart, that if you do not want America embroiled in another war (to suit his ambition to remain in the Oval Office), then re-elect him - or else - it serves as an inducement and reaason for him to become a wartime president and expect the nationa to rally around him when he cancels elections.
His corrupt Chicago politics mentality knows no bounds and cares nothing about America other than as a trough at which he can feast high on the hog for free, no matter what it costs our nation. In short the only job he cares about is his own! The only future that concerns him if his own. America for him and Michelle, as his mentor Reverend Wright repeatedly said: is "Not God Bless America, but God Damn America"! You cannot listen to this preacher for 20-years and pretend you care about America.
At no time has Iran's President Ahmadi-Nejad paid even lip service to the Islamic regime's Theocratic Constitution nor has Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and they both have increasingly hostile competition from a splintering theocracy of Mullahs vying for riches and power and more secular paramilitary, interested more in money than religion.
These set of conflicts have summoned Ahmadi-Nejad three times before Iran's parliament, which he has evaded. And three Kermanshah businessmen, charged with corruption on a national level will have to see how much pull they can muster and vie with other insiders of the Supreme Leader's coterie and of his son Mojtaba, who have also stolen several hundred BILLION dollars through falsified Letters of Credit in a horribly smelly set of circumstances with Bank Saderaat and those close to Ali Khamenei AND the Revolutionary Guard.
What a tangled web they weave! As they try to avoid getting stabbed in the back by allies they can no longer trust and/or are hoist with their own petard. Their credibility with the populace is down to nothing and they can no longer pretend they received 87% of the vote like last time - not even half of that. Nor even the more realistic 37% from before they would be happy to receive today.
They face a boycott from the populace and even potentially one or two million of them in protest in the streets as their safety and well being is endangered by the bellicose actions of the Mullahs, who threaten the well being of the industrial West and ever more rapidly a major attack on Iran by a highly disgruntled West where though the West may suffer enormous financial harm, the Mullahs will face the shock and awe of a magnitude ultiple times higher than Iraq, where the peripheral deaths could exceed 100,000 Iranians and deaths will very rapidly rise in increments of many tens of thousands.
With smart guided bombs coming at them the Iranian regime leadership will be decimated or annihilated so they should think carefully - as should Obama in the USA - before either of them unleash their own destructive plans and a boomerang backwash that could slap them in the face like a wet fish.
The world is on the brink of unforeseen consequences, so take care.
