20,000 ISLAMISTS at DNC

Starting at the end of this month the Democratic National Convention will open with a focus on Islam. 20,000 Muslims are expected to attend according to the Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs (BIMA), the national Muslim American non-profit coordinating the two days of events they claim are non-political. ”Jumah at the DNC ” begins August 29 and will start with a Friday afternoon jummah prayer followed by other unnamed programs and events, leading up to t he Islamic Regal Banquet.

The following day will be an all day Islamic Cultural and Fun Fest which will include discussions on the topics of Islamaphobia, Anti-Shariah, Middle Eastern Crisis, Patriot Act, National Defense Authorization Act and more. The purpose, according to BIMA, is to attract national and international attention to the plight of American Muslims and to hold political parties accountable for issues that affect them. However, not all Muslims feel that BIMA represents them and M. Zuhdi Jasser M.D., Founder and President of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, has expressed serious concerns.

It is troubling that the Democratic National Convention has decided to promote and lend its name and national political platform to the organizers of the “Jummah at the DNC”. The leaders of this event – Jibril Hough and Imam Siraj Wahhaj as advertised are no moderates. They are radicals. These individuals embrace Islamist supremacy and have demonstrated support for radical ideologies.

A quick Google search by the DNC would have shown them that Hough and Wahhaj are leaders in the separatist American Islamist movement. While they may be able to get a few thousand Muslims to attend the event, they are NOT going to be mainstream Muslims. Most will likely come from Hough and Wahhaj’s radical networks that have long been entrenched in the Charlotte area. Make no mistake they are part of the Islamist movement.


This is not about their right of assembly; this group under a different name pulled the same stunt at the US capitol in 2009 claiming 20k and getting 2-3k. THIS IS ABOUT the DNC calling this an “official function” listing these radicals as typical of the DNC community and more importantly about this organization speaking out AS representing supposedly typical American Muslims (or “Mainstream”).

If that is who the DNC is consorting with then all Americans, Democrats should be concerned. There are many patriotic Muslims who are part of both parties, and when radical ideologues like this do a demonstration of “solidarity” in the name of our faith and choose an imam like Siraj Wahhaj who I saw with my own eyes in 1995 seditiously say it his duty and our duty as Muslims to replace the US Constitution with the Quran- then we need to speak up!

Their jummah (group) prayer is supposedly against the Patriot Act, the NYPD, and Islamophobia and is actually NOT about our democracy but about empowering their Islamist and MB (Muslim Brotherhood) sympathetic groups into the very fabric of the political system so that Americans become anesthetized. We need American Muslims to speak up and marginalize these radicals. The DNC needs to understand and reject them because of their radical history and ideas.

They use our American Muslim identity to speak as “one community” as a political unit or as a “bloc vote” – a political Islamist party when in fact most us Muslims don’t want that political unity and seek reform against their ideology that seeks to hijack our community. They do not represent us. (emphasis mine)

In fact, Zuhdi Jasser is correct, Jibril Hough and Imam Siraj Wahhaj have said and done radical things in their past. Which means either the Democrats failed to utilize due diligence or they simply didn’t care. In addition to the Muslims being misrepresented, Democrats and Charlotteans also have a right to know how the DNC has failed them before they even arrive in Charlotte.


Jibril Hough may be a name many in Charlotte are familiar with already. He is the leader of a Sunni mosque, The Islamic Center of Charlotte, who is been known for being outspoken against R epresentative Sue Myrick – a North Carolina Republican member of the House Intelligence Committee. Beyond calling her plan to fight against jihadist activity in America “a fear campaign” and the “new McCarthyism (or Myrickism)”, he confronted her in a Muslim Town Hall he organized in 2010.

According to Jasser, the language used by Hough as his Town Hall was strikingly similar to that of the Muslim Brotherhood when he stated, “As citizens of a non-Muslim country and as American Muslims, we have a contract with America and not a contract on America. This means that we must abide by the laws of this state and we cannot be at war with this state.” As Jasser points out, “note the deep seeded separatism in this ‘we’ mindset. Basically he is saying that this system of laws is not his or the Muslims he represents but they will follow it-for now.” Further, Hough commented on his support of laws that would mandate “Muslim” behaviors for American-Muslims, but wouldn’t affect nonMuslims; again Jasser notes Hough’s separatist tone that mimics political Islam and the Muslim Brotherhood mindset, which supports “separate legal paths for each faith” instead of “one law based in reason”.

Jibril has also stated he is the North Carolina head of the Islamic Political Party of America(IPPA), based in Charlotte, who in a 2002 press release claimed the Jews were behind 9/11. As if that weren’t enough, IPPA is close to another organization known as Jamaat Al Muslimeen (JAM), The Islamic Peoples Movement, who (in addition to being Holocaust deniers) had this advice for President Obama:

He should ensure that those Muslims he talks to do represent authentic Islam. All Islamic movements oppose America’s policies. If Obama talks to Muslims who support America’s policies, it will be an exercise in futility.
In response to Hough accusing Rep. Myrick of being anti-Muslim, he was interviewed on the formerly conservative radio station WBT in Charlotte. Radio host Keith Larson questioned him as to why his mosque was owned by The North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), an organization blacklisted by the U.S. Justice Department as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror finance case in U.S. history.

According to the government, NAIT is also a front for HAMAS and the Muslim Brotherhood in America. Hough, when presented by Larson with the documents, claimed he didn’t realize his mosque was owned by NAIT and was also unaware that they had been blacklisted. Hough went on in the interview to defend HAMAS and accuse the U.S. and Israel of the only “real” terrorism.

Imam Siraj Wahhaj is imam of a mosque in Brooklyn, New York, the leader of The Muslim Alliance in North America, a member of CAIR, and an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. As a character witness for Omar Abdel Rahman (the Blind Sheik) who was convicted of plotting to blow up the World Trade Center and other New York City landmarks, Wahhaj described him as a “respected scholar,” and ̶ 0;bold, as a strong preacher of Islam.”

Wahhaj is also a Board of Trustee member of the North American Imams Federation (NAIF)(who’s website currently features an anti-Jewish, anti-black rant), a Muslim Brotherhood front organization, who (coincidentally) held a conference in Charlotte last year on Islamophobia. Like Hough, Wahhaj is also connected to NAIT by way of his membership in the Islamic Society of North America(ISNA), which was also found by the government to be a front for HAMAS and the Muslim Brotherhood. While Hough has been careful to play politics in Charlotte, Wahhaj has not hidden his hatred for America. He is quoted as calling America, “a garbage can… filthy, filthy and sick.” As an imam, he has stated, “Where ever you came from, you came to America.

And you came for one reason – for one reason only- to establish Allah’s deen (a complete way of life).” He believes that the only reason to get involved in politics is to use it as a weapon in the cause of Islam. By his own admission, the question of why Wahhaj would be interested in hosting events at the DNC is obvious.

How BIMA gained access to the DNC is more of a mystery. Muhammad Heshaam Jaaber, the Executive Director, Jibril Hough, spokesman, and Captain James Yusuf Yee, BIMA National Representative for the DNC are the only publicly identified members and each one appears to be connected to U.S. Representative Keith Ellison; the first Muslim ever to be elected to Congress and a former supporter of Louis Farrakhan.

Ellison, who attended President Obama’s Iftar Dinner earlier this month, made the news last month when Representative Michelle Bachmann called for him (among others) to be investigated for ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Whether or not he has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, Ellison is not far from them having associates within BIMA. Jasser points out that Hough sought advice from Ellison before proceeding with his Town Hall with Rep. Myrick. Captain Yee (who will be speaking at the event) appears in BIMA’s promotional video for Jumah at the DNC quoting Ellison as saying, “If you’re not at the table, then you’re on the menu.” Yee is described by BIMA as “a chaplain in the U.S. Military” and an “eye witness to to the unjust treatment of military detainees and prisoners of Guantanamo Bay” who was allegedly detained “when he took steps to prevent the injustice.”

However, BIMA fails to mention that Yee was charged by the military with sedition, aiding the enemy, spying, espionage and failure to obey a general order; charges ultimately dropped due to national security concerns about releasing evidence in the case. Also speaking will be Hassen Abdellah, who BIMA has no problem admitting was “a lead defense attorney for the 1993 First World Trade bombing su spects” Ellison has also appeared alongside Wahhaj on many speaking engagements for organizations such as ISNA and NAIF, despite both organizations being fronts for the Muslim Brotherhood. If Ellison is the link between BIMA and the DNC, then can it be said that, not only does he not mind the questionable associations of those within the organization, but also the other speakers they will be bringing in?


BIMA has stated they have smaller events planned for the Republican National Convention, however when reached out to, GOP convention staff said they have no knowledge of any events planned in or around Tampa at the time. With the Democratic National Convention only a couple weeks away, it will be interesting to see if the media chooses to cover what one would assume to be a controversial start to renominate President Barack Obama.

The New York Police Department Combats Islamic Terror

As an American and a New Yorker, I have just two words for Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and the New York Police Department, which he leads: Thank you.

Gratitude towards Kelly and the NYPD is surprisingly rare these days, especially regarding the enormous success that Gotham's cops have enjoyed in preventing America's largest city from enduring Islamic terrorism in the years since al-Qaeda's mass murder on September 11, 2001.

Rather than salute the NYPD for averting hundreds or even thousands more deaths, critics slam the law-enforcement professionals who successfully have guarded one of the War on Terror's most active fronts.

“The FBI considers the NYPD's intelligence gathering practices since 9/11 not only a waste of money but a violation of Americans' rights, “Newsmax's chief Washington correspondent, Ronald Kessler, reveals in his new book,

The Secrets of the FBI, published Tuesday. “The NYPD has been sending undercover operatives to political meetings,” one FBI official complains to Kessler. “We are not engaging in that kind of aimless intelligence gathering on mosques or political meetings without a predication that terrorist activities might be involved.”

The FBI's jealousy and turf-mindedness aside, it often is tough to develop “predication” without “aimless intelligence gathering.”

Last May, Congressman Rush Holt (D., N.J.) sponsored an amendment to condemn law-enforcement agencies that practice religious, racial, or ethnic profiling. As the New York Postnoted, Holt also demanded that the Justice Department investigate “a pattern of surveillance and infiltration by the New York Police Department against innocent American Muslims in the absence of a valid investigative reason.”

This liberal attack on the NYPD's counterterrorism activities was defeated 193 to 232 on a mainly party-line vote, with Democrats largely supportive and Republicans opposed.

Similarly, the Associated Press this April won the Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting for highlighting “the New York Police Department's clandestine spying program that monitored daily life in Muslim communities.” Responding in the June Commentary, however, Mitchell D. Silber — the NYPD's former director of intelligence analysis — argues that these AP articles are “rife with inaccuracies” and “confuse events and policies in ways that are misleading and cast the tale they are telling in the worst possible light.”

The NYPD's foes ignore two pivotal realities:

First, Kelly and the NYPD have broken no laws.

Since 1985, the NYPD has operated under the Handschu Guidelines. These rules shield political protesters from overzealous cops. Post 9/11, the NYPD asked a federal court to modify Handschu, given the need to battle terrorism. The court eventually agreed, and now the NYPD follows Handschu, as amended.

Handschu acknowledges a truism that escapes most cop bashers: “In its effort to anticipate or prevent unlawful activity, including terrorist acts, the NYPD must, at times, initiate investigations in advance of unlawful conduct.”

Yes, Virginia: Sometimes cops try to stop crime, rather than react to it. This is doubly true of Islamic terrorism, given its lust for widespread bloodshed.

Handschu further states: “The NYPD is authorized to visit any place and attend any event that is open to the public” and “to conduct online search activity and to access online sites and forums on the same terms . . . as members of the public.”

As Commissioner Kelly declared March 3 at Fordham Law School, “Anyone who intimates that it is unlawful for the Police Department to search online, visit public places, or map neighborhoods has either not read, misunderstood, or intentionally obfuscated the meaning of the Handschu Guidelines.”

For his part, White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan backed Kelly in a visit to One Police Plaza in April. Brennan said: “I have full confidence that the NYPD is doing things consistent with the law, and it's something that again has been responsible for keeping this city safe over the past decade.”

Second, neither prizes nor prose can obscure the fact that the NYPD has led or supported counterterrorist efforts that repeatedly have scuttled conspiracies to commit mass homicide against innocent New Yorkers and visitors from across the country and around the globe.

“Since 9/11, New York City has been targeted by terrorists in 14 different plots,” Kelly said at Fordham. “Thanks to the work of the Police Department, the FBI, and a good deal of luck, none of these plots have succeeded. In fact, while the city saw terrorist attacks in the 1970s, '80s, and '90s, no attack has taken place in the past ten years.”

After staying mum on the specifics of these plots for years, the NYPD finally released a list of these conspiracies. Often in conjunction with domestic and international security agencies, the NYPD has stymied or helped thwart most of these efforts to spill blood on the sidewalks of New York. Details of these plots should remind Americans of the severe danger that terrorists still pose.

1. Subway cyanide plot: As Ron Suskind reported in his book The One Percent Doctrine, “Al-Qaeda terrorists came within 45 days of attacking the New York subway system with a lethal gas similar to that used in Nazi death camps . . . the U.S. learned of the plot from a CIA mole inside al-Qaeda.” In early 2003, U.S. intelligence discovered this conspiracy on the laptop of a Bahraini terrorist caught in Saudi Arabia. The computer contained plans for a hydrogen-cyanide gas-dispersal device nicknamed mubtakkar, or “inventive” in Arabic.

“In the world of terrorist weaponry,” Suskind wrote, “this was the equivalent of splitting the atom.” The plan was to place several of these mechanisms on Gotham subway cars. For reasons still unclear, however, al-Qaeda's No. 2 man, Ayman al-Zawahiri, canceled the assault at T minus 45 days.

2. Garment District plot: The Pakistani-born Uzair Paracha, according to the NYPD, “discussed with top al-Qaeda leaders the prospect of smuggling weapons and explosives — possibly even a nuclear device — into Manhattan's Garment District through his father's import-export business.”

The Justice Department states that this permanent resident alien worked with Majid Khan and Ammar al-Baluchi, both members of al-Qaeda. Paracha helped Khan “obtain a travel document that would have allowed Khan to re-enter the United States to commit a terrorist act,” Justice explained. “Khan intended to carry out an attack on gasoline stations.”

Paracha posed as Khan in order to build a legend of Khan as a visitor to America, even though Khan was in Pakistan. This included Paracha's masquerading as Khan before U.S. immigration officials and agreeing to use Khan's credit card domestically. Paracha and his father had discussed with Khan and al-Baluchi their receiving a $200,000 fee for this material support.

Uzair Paracha was arrested on March 28, 2003, and convicted on November 25, 2005, on all five terror-related charges that he faced. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison on July 20, 2006.

U.S. Attorney Michael J. Garcia said: “The FBI Joint Terrorist Task Force's ability to interdict and prevent [Paracha's] plan from succeeding does not mitigate the seriousness of the offense, and more than justifies the sentence imposed.”

3. Brooklyn Bridge plot: On October 28, 2003, Iyman Faris — a 34-year-old Kashmiri native also known as Mohammad Rauf — received a 20-year federal prison sentence for “providing material support and resources to al Qaeda,” the Justice Department stated. The naturalized U.S. citizen traveled to an al-Qaeda terror camp in Afghanistan in late 2000, where he met Osama bin Laden.

“The al Qaeda leader spoke with Faris about destroying a bridge in New York City by severing its suspension cables, and tasked Faris with obtaining the equipment needed for that operation. The leader also explained that al-Qaeda was planning to derail trains, and asked Faris to procure the tools for that plot as well.” Faris researched “gas cutters,” which he would use to sever the Brooklyn Bridge's suspension cables.

Before his arrest, Faris transmitted a coded message that his scheme might fail. The NYPD believes that its robust deployment of officers, dogs, and checkpoints prompted a frustrated Faris to report to his supervisors: “The weather is too hot.”

4. New York Stock Exchange and Citigroup-headquarters plot: The Indian-born, British-reared Dhiren Barot converted to Islam with a vengeance. According to CBS News, he began his terrorist training in 1995 at camps in Pakistan, Kashmir, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Barot made two reconnaissance trips to the U.S. in August 2000 and March 2001. On his second visit, he videotaped the World Trade Center. His footage of the Twin Towers includes a male voice imitating the sound of an explosion.

According to British prosecutors, Barot's handwritten notebook envisioned a “memorable black day for the enemies of Islam.” He planned to stuff three limousines with gas cylinders, explosives, and nails, and to detonate them in parking garages under London's Ritz and Savoy Hotels.

He hoped to bomb a London subway train beneath the River Thames, which would “cause pandemonium . . . explosions, flooding, drowning,” Barot wrote.

Barot also targeted the Citigroup building and the New York Stock Exchange in Manhattan, Prudential's New Jersey headquarters, and the World Bank's offices in Washington, D.C.

Barot was arrested in London on August 3, 2004. He pleaded guilty to terror charges in August 2009.

“You planned to slaughter hundreds, if not thousands, of wholly innocent men, women, and children,” said British judge Neil Butterfield on September 10, 2009 — before giving Barot life in prison. “You were planning to bring indiscriminate carnage, bloodshed and butchery — first in Washington, Newark, and New York, and then London.”

Barot's seven conspirators, in what the British call Operation Rhyme, are jailed in the U.K. for terms ranging from 15 to 26 years.

5. Herald Square subway station plot: Shahawar Matin Siraj and James Elshafay were arrested on August 27, 2004. According to the Justice Department, they “plotted to plant explosive devices at the Herald Square subway station in order to disrupt commerce and transportation in New York City and damage the economy.” Herald Square is one block from Madison Square Garden, where the 2004 Republican National Convention commenced the morning after Siraj and Elshafay were detained.

As Justice explained, “Siraj and Elshafay drove to the subway station on August 21, 2004, entered and inspected the station, and then returned to their car and drew diagrams of the location in order to help them later place a bomb.” Elshafay reportedly decided to plant the bomb while dressed as a Hasidic Jew, as he put it, “'cause they know Jews aren't the ones doing it.”

Siraj earned a 30-year prison sentence. Elshafay received five years on March 2, 2007.

Federal prosecutor Roslynn R. Mauskopf, according to Justice, “praised the outstanding work of the New York City Police Department and, in particular, the courageous work of the Intelligence Division's undercover detective known only as 'Kamil Pasha' who testified at trial.”

6. PATH-train and WTC-retaining-wall Plot: In July 2006, the FBI disrupted an international plot to bomb the PATH train that connects Manhattan and New Jersey via the Hudson Tubes. Arrests in Lebanon and other countries foiled an attack whose planning “had matured to a point where it appeared that the individuals were about to move forward,” said Mark Mershon, the FBI's former assistant director in New York. Another official noted that the conspirators hoped to bomb the PATH tunnels and the World Trade Center's retaining wall.

This would have triggered a massive flood, with Hudson River water gushing into Lower Manhattan.

7. Transatlantic plot: “We believe that the terrorists' aim was to smuggle explosives onto airplanes in hand luggage and to detonate these in-flight,” said Paul Stephenson, Scotland Yard's deputy commissioner. “This was intended to be mass murder on an unimaginable scale.” On August 9, 2006, British authorities arrested 24 suspects, mainly Muslims of Pakistani background, in London and Birmingham. The liquid explosives that they expected to use prompted today's restrictions on fluids and gels in carry-on luggage.

U.S. officials believe these terrorists were targeting jets in Great Britain destined for California, Washington, and New York City.

8. JFK-airport and Buckeye-pipeline plot: On June 1, 2007, U.S. officials arrested former airport-cargo handler Russell Defreitas, a Guyanese-born American citizen, for plotting to bomb jet-fuel storage tanks at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport, along with corresponding supply pipelines that stretch 40 miles to Linden, N.J., where they are replenished.

Such an explosion “may not cause a lot of deaths, but it would be spectacular and seen around the world,” former Transportation Security Administration chief John W. Magaw told the Washington Post. “It could cripple the airlines.

Conspirators Abdul Kadir, a former member of the Guyanese parliament, and Trinidadian Kareem Ibrahim were arrested in Trinidad. Kadir was caught on a Venezuela-bound plane, with onward passage to Iran. He said that he considered himself bound by the fatwas of Iran's mullahs. Abdel Nur, a Guyanese of Pakistani descent, was arrested later.

Defreitas and Kadir were convicted and sentenced to life in prison on February 17, 2011. Nur pleaded guilty and scored 15 years in the slammer. Ibrahim, a Shiite imam, later was convicted on terror charges. He received a life sentence last January 14.

Why did Defreitas, the plot's ringleader, target JFK? “Anytime you hit Kennedy, it is the most hurtful thing to the United States. To hit John F. Kennedy, wow,” Defreitas told an informant in a recorded conversation. “They love John F. Kennedy like he's the man. . . . If you hit that, the whole country will be in mourning. It's like you can kill the man twice.”

9. Long Island Rail Road plot: Bryant Neal Vinas grew up in Medford, Long Island. After converting to Islam, he visited jihadist websites, traveled to Afghanistan and Pakistan around late 2007, and adopted the name Bashir al-Amriki. He admitted to receiving terror training from al-Qaeda and launching rockets at an American military installation in September 2008.

After Pakistani officials arrested him in November 2008, Vinas alerted U.S. authorities to an al-Qaeda conspiracy to bomb a Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train in Manhattan's Pennsylvania Station. Vinas said that he had furnished al-Qaeda details on LIRR train routes and communications equipment. He said he hoped to “cause a big economic hit on New York.”

This prompted a terror alert on November 25, 2008.

On January 28, 2009, Vinas pleaded guilty to all the terror charges he faced, among them conspiring to kill American citizens.

All of this perplexes his mother, Maria Vinas. “I love him as a son,” she told the New York Post, “but I don't know nothing about him.”

10. Bronx-synagogues plot: Authorities arrested James Cromitie, Laguerre Payen, David Williams, and Onta Williams on May 20, 2009, just after they had planted what they believed to be live improvised explosive devices outside a Jewish temple. An undercover agent had supplied these IEDs, which were in fact defused, along with disarmed rockets. Cromitie told this informant that he wanted to do “something to America” and “do jihad.”

The so-called Newburgh Four (they had met at a mosque in upstate Newburgh, N.Y.) all received 25 years in prison. As Justice explained, they are incarcerated for “plotting to bomb synagogues in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, New York, and to use Stinger surface-to-air guided missiles to shoot down military planes located at the New York Air National Guard Base at Stewart Airport in Newburgh, New York.”

11. NYC subway and transit-hubs plot: Najibullah Zazi, Adis Medunjanin, and Zarein Ahmedzay were arrested on September 19, 2009. Zazi pleaded guilty on February 22, 2010, to attempting a “martyrdom operation” against Gotham's subway system. Ahmedzay pleaded guilty to conspiracy and material support charges on April 23, 2010. The three high-school classmates grew up in Queens, New York.

After August 2008 weapons training in Waziristan, an al-Qaeda-infested region of Pakistan, the three flew back to America. Terror masters valued these New Yorkers for their U.S. passports, which let them enter America with ease.

According to the Washington Post, the Afghan-born Zazi “returned to Colorado in January 2009 with notes on how to mix explosive chemicals. He procured large volumes of beauty supplies that contained hydrogen peroxide to make TATP [triacetone triperoxide], the explosive involved in the 2005 bombings of London's transit system.”

“The marriage is ready,” Zazi told his al-Qaeda supervisors when the bombs were prepared,according to federal prosecutor James Loonam. This intercepted message set off alarm bells from London to Colorado and put Zazi under surveillance.

Authorities questioned Zazi as he drove a rented car onto the George Washington Bridge into Manhattan, but released him, whereupon he proceeded to Ahmedzay's home in Flushing, Queens. Fearing that they were being watched — because of the G. W. Bridge car stop (stage-managed by the FBI) and surveillance by the New York Joint Terrorism Task Force — Zazi aborted the mission the next day. On September 10, Ahmedzay flushed the TATP down his toilet, and he and Zazi stashed goggles, light bulbs, and hydrochloric acid at the closest mosque.

These precautions notwithstanding, the would-be bombers were arrested nine days later. Shortly before officials brought him in, Medunjanin shouted:“We love death more than you love your life.”

“These three men, amongst all those people [in the subway] were prepared to explode these bombs and kill everyone around them,” Loonam said at Medunjanin's trial this April. “Men, women, and children never to see their homes again.”

Zazi and Ahmedzay testified against Medunjanin. They await sentencing.
Meanwhile, a federal jury convicted Medunjanin on terrorism and conspiracy charges on May 1. He will be sentenced on September 7.

Police Commissioner Kelly said: “His conviction stands as a stark reminder of terrorists' desire long after 9/11 to return to the city to kill more New Yorkers.”

12. Times Square plot: Faisal Shahzad, 30, a Pakistani-born U.S. citizen, was arrested at JFK on May 3, 2010. He pleaded guilty to ten felony terror counts, including receiving explosives training from Tehrik-e-Taliban, a militant Islamic group, in Waziristan. Shahzad also pleaded guilty to buying a Nissan Pathfinder, filling it with explosives, and parking it in front of the Minskoff Theater on the Saturday evening two days before his arrest. It would have detonated as patrons gathered for the musical The Lion King.

Luckily, the bomb fizzled, and Shahzad was nabbed before his flight departed for Dubai.

U.S. District Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum sentenced Shahzad to life in prison on October 5, 2010. He now spends 23 hours a day in solitary confinement at the federal Supermax prison in Florence, Colo. His neighbors include Underwear Bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, Shoe Bomber Richard Reid, and Unabomber Ted Kaczynski.

13. Manhattan-synagogue plot: Police arrested Ahmed Ferhani and Mohamed Mamdouh on May 11, 2011. They allegedly had plotted to annihilate New York Jews. They pleaded not guilty and still await trial.
According to police, Ferhani bought three guns and an inert grenade in a sting operation and told an undercover detective that he planned to purchase a gun silencer and a box of grenades.

Commissioner Kelly told WCBS: “He had this notion that he would go into a synagogue and put a bomb in the synagogue or a hand grenade and, if he were resisted in any way, he would shoot at people, and obviously the silencer would facilitate that happening.” Kelly added that the two suspects were “motivated to a great extent by a pathological hatred of Jewish people.”

“I don't like the idea of killing myself to kill others,” Ferhani allegedly explained on police recordings, “but in fighting to the death if needed . . . and if any Jews get in my way, I will kill them.”

14. José Pimentel plot: José Pimentel, a Dominican-born American citizen and Muslim convert, was arrested in November 2011, police say, while just one hour from completing a homemade pipe bomb.

“José Pimentel engaged in a plot to build improvised explosive devices and use them to commit acts of violent jihad,” said Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. Pimentel, also known as Muhammad Yusuf, allegedly planned to bomb a post office, a New Jersey police station, NYPD vehicles, and GIs returning from Afghanistan and Iraq.

Pimentel reportedly was radicalized by the American-born Islamic cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, whom a U.S. drone atomized last September 30. Pimentel allegedly read Inspire, the on-line magazine of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, and studied an article titled “How to Build a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom.”

Commissioner Kelly said that Pimentel “talked about changing his name to Osama Hussein to celebrate his heroes, Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein.”

Pimentel pleaded not guilty on March 13 and awaits trial.

What do these 14 plots have in common? While it may startle the FBI, House Democrats, and the Associated Press, most Americans understand that what connects these intended acts of mayhem is militant Islam. 

These incidents confirm, yet again, the words of Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed, general manager of Al-Arabiya Television:

“It is a certain fact that not all Muslims are terrorists, but it is equally certain, and exceptionally painful, that almost all terrorists are Muslims.”

As soon as extremist Christian Scientists start blowing up hospitals, the NYPD can start casing Christian Science Reading Rooms.

If militant Rotarians begin planning polio attacks (rather than valiantly working to eradicate the disease, as they do today), the NYPD would be guilty of malpractice if it did not infiltrate Rotary Club lunches.

Until then, Ray Kelly and the NYPD should ignore their carping critics and keep shielding innocent men, women, and children from the deadly virus of militant Islam.

A new study funded by the Department of Homeland Security characterizes Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists.

Entitled Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970-2008 (PDF), the study was produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism at the University of Maryland. The organization was launched with the aid of DHS funding to the tune of $12 million dollars.

While largely omitting Islamic terrorism - the report fails completely to mention the 1993 World Trade Center bombing – the study focuses on Americans who hold beliefs shared by the vast majority of conservatives and libertarians and puts them in the context of radical extremism.

The report takes its definitions from a 2011 study entitled Profiles of Perpetrators of Terrorism, produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, in which the following characteristics are used to identify terrorists.

- Americans who believe their “way of life” is under attack;

- Americans who are “fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”;

- People who consider themselves “anti-global” (presumably those who are wary of the loss of American sovereignty);

- Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority”;

- Americans who are “reverent of individual liberty”;

- People who “believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty.”

The report also lists people opposed to abortion and “groups that seek to smite the purported enemies of God and other evildoers” as terrorists.

As we have exhaustively documented on numerous occasions, federal authorities and particularly the Department of Homeland Security have been involved in producing a deluge of literature which portrays liberty lovers and small government advocates as terrorists.

The most flagrant example was the infamous 2009 MIAC report, published by the Missouri Information Analysis Center and first revealed by Infowars, which framed Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag, as potential terrorists.

The rush to denounce legitimate political beliefs as thought crimes, or even mundane behaviors, by insinuating they are shared by terrorists, has accelerated in recent months.

Under the FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism program, the bulk purchase of food is labeled as a potential indication of terrorist activity, - as is using cash to pay for a cup of coffee, - and showing an interest in web privacy when using the Internet in a public place.

As we have documented on numerous occasions, the federal government routinely characterizes mundane behavior as extremist activity or a potential indicator of terrorist intent. - As part of its ‘See Something, Say Something’ campaign, the Department of Homeland Security educates the public that generic activities performed by millions of people every day, - including using a video camera,

talking to police officers,

wearing hoodies,

driving vans,

writing on a piece of paper,

and using a cell phone recording application,”

are all potential signs of terrorist activity.

The DHS stoked controversy last year when it released a series of videos to promote the See Something, Say Something campaign in which almost all of the terrorists portrayed in the PSAs were white Americans.

BARRY THE FRAUD - A GOOD LOOK

The Dallas Blog has just received an e-mail from a reliable source in Texas, who said he received an interesting e-mail from a U.S. Naval officer, who obtained a fascinating letter from an I.R.S. examiner who contends that Mr. Obama’s real name is Barry Soetoro, according to alleged Top-Secret tax records.

My reliable Texas source explained that he’s not certain if it’s true, but the letter also provides a link to Obama or Soetoro’s selective service registration information, which looks highly-suspicious. Well, let the fun start and see if these allegations are true. Here’s a copy-and-paste of the letter from the IRS examiner:

Trump is correct, Barry Soetoro, AKA Obama is hiding something in his past that is very bad... and it may not be his citizenship. (Trump would not say this if he did not know something and he has the money to get the dirt...)

As an IRS tax examiner,one of many former federal jobs, I have seen what it appears Barry Soetoro has done, mostly by illegal aliens attempting to acquire a new identity in the U.S and/or criminals looking to acquire a new ID.

Barry, AKA Obama, was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Lolo Soetoro, and Barry's name was legally changed to "Barry Soetoro". (Barry’s own admission) Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen. (again Barry’s own admission) The adoption would be noted in Barry's vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate... OR Lolo Soetoro may have always been Barry's legal birth farther. The public does not know for sure at this point who Barry's father really was and Barry himself may not know.

Barry was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia and attended a Catholic funded school that permitted all faiths to attend.

Barry's mother dropped him as a dependent for some reason, maybe even when Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. His mother's passport records dropped Barry as a dependent indicating Barry was no longer a legal dependent of his mothers. (The passport records of his mother have been produced showing Barry was no longer a dependent when Barry was permanently residing in Indonesia.) Barry went to Hawaii to live with his alleged grand parents after Lolo Soetoro and Barry's mother divorced.

A "certificate of live birth" can have names changed on it including a child's birth name, and birth parent’s names. Even a modified date of birth can be on a "certificate of live birth". This occurs frequently for adopted children where the birth parent does not want the child to know who they are. The public has no idea who Barry’s real birth father is or who Barry’s real birth mother is. (Barry could have been adopted by his mother) The original birth certificate is the only legal vital statistics record of a person’s birth parents, birth location, birth date, etc… I can get a “certificate of live birth” for a dead person; I cannot get a birth certificate of a dead person without “Deceased” on it. (I’ve tried)

There is no evidence Barry Soetoro ever lawfully changed his name to “Barrack Hussein Obama”. There is no proof Barry Soetoro was born with the name "Barrack Hussein Obama". I’m willing to bet the name “Barrack Hussein Obama” is not present on the real birth certificate as Barry’s birth name or as Barry’s birth father. I have pictures of me with my mother and Jimmy Buffet… that doesn’t make him my father even if I start using the name Jimmy Buffet.

The public knows Barry Soetoro finished high school in Hawaii as Barry Soetoro and attended Occidental as Barry Soetoro where he did drugs and flunked out of school. After dropping out of Occidental, Barry showed up in New York, homeless and on drugs. (Barry’s own admission) Barry then hooked up with a Pakistani to live with and traveled back to Indonesia on his new boyfriend’s dime to renew his Indonesian passport and traveled to Pakistan with him.

Ask any law enforcement officer in a large city or detective and they will tell you homeless young men on drugs in large cities usually end up as male prostitutes. Barry ended up as a world traveler with a degree… (Not likely)

Barry Soetoro returned to New York from Pakistan and began using the fictitious name “Obama” for some reason. (again Barry Soetoro’s own admission) One could only suspect that a person addicted to drugs returning from Pakistan to New York, the main route for Afghan heroin into the U.S., maybe Barry had a reason to start using a new name. There are literally over 1 million open warrants on file in New York… maybe Barry is one of them?....

After spending some time in New York allegedly working under the name “Obama”, It appears Barry used the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" for the first time to file his federal taxes in Connecticut at a Post Office Box for the purpose of evading paying taxes in New York and /or to establish a new identity. (This is a felony with no statute of limitation.)

When the IRS received Barry Soetoro’s federal tax filing, the IRS could not attach the name Barrack Hussein Obama to the SSI number provided or the address provided. So the IRS assigned the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" a tax ID number for a person from Connecticut (Where Barry unlawfully filed a federal tax form using a false name).

Barry Soetoro began using the tax ID number as his SSI number when using the fictitious name Barrack Obama. This is why Barry Soetoro has a Connecticut SSI number. When I worked for the IRS, I saw this occur more than once and yes, it is a felony to knowingly file a fraudulent federal tax forms. Most of the politicians that cheat on their taxes claim it was an accident. That is how they get away with their tax cheat crimes. Using a fake name is no accident.

It appears Barry fled New York to Chicago using his new identity to get a job. He likely ordered a fake diploma to bolster his new identity as "Obama". Fake Diploma's were very big in the 80's and diploma mills were even being used by federal workers to get promotions. There is evidence his alleged attendance at Columbia was faked (Barry never attended Columbia) and Barry lied his way into Harvard (he had no transcripts to get in)... Including telling the Saudi royal family he was fighting in Afghanistan with the Muslim Jihad against the Russians, so they would help him get into a law school.

The Saudi's apparently loved Barry's story of Jihad in Pakistan/Afghanistan and paid for Barry to attend Harvard under the name "Obama". The Saudi family has admitted to paying for Obama to attend Harvard and gave Harvard a gift of $20 million dollars. Harvard in turn made their special attendy President of the law review a person that never wrote a single law review.... I guess that is what $20 million buys at Harvard.

It is unlikely Barry was a Jihadist and was most likely a drug mule if anything, maybe even a CIA street hire to haul Afghan heroin back to New York, so the Afghans could buy U.S. made stinger missiles with U.S. dollars to shoot down Russian helicopters?... I hired people over seas to do work below my pay grade all the time, even foreign nationals... I think this is the story Barry told the Saudi's, but he was most likely really just a drug mule/dealer and probably still wanted on an outstanding warrant in New York.

After I looked at Barry’s selective service filing I noticed it was most likely fraudulent too based on the name he used. Barry did not start using the name "Obama" until he returned from Pakistan (long after he flunked out of school in California) His selective service record (maintained in Chicago coincidentally) shows he registered at a Hawaiian post office as “Obama” in Sept 1980... Problem, Barry was getting high in California at Occidental in Sept 1980 (Barry's own admission) and was not using the fictitious name "Obama" at that time. Barry began using the fictitious name "Obama" only after he returned from Pakistan. The selective service filing is fraudulent.

Barry returned to Chicago and attend a semi-christian radical black church with his first female love Michelle. Barry admits keeping in touch with Phil Boener, who traveled to New York from Occidental to be with Barry and was most likely Barry's first love.

Barry still could not get a real job, because he was still a fraud, even with his Harvard degree in hand he could lie and take the Bar exam, but he could not work as a lawyer for a major law firm without a back ground investigation and he would never pass one. So, Michelle got Barry a job at her law firm.

Barry never filed a case alone and never filed a motion. He wrote lots of memos according to the law firm where Barry worked. (I think they know Barry is a fraud and don't want to be sued by previous clients) Barry rescinded his law licenses, so as not to be disbarred for fraud. The Bar knows Barry lied on his application. Michelle also had to turn over her law license for her involvement in corruption with the Chicago mayors office.

With time on his hands Barry, a well spoken black man, was able to get elected to a state office, oddly because he looked for fraud in his opponents voter registrations and got his opponent disqualified from running. Barry a well versed liar was a natural in state politics. He used his political influence to get himself a position as a lecturer at Chicago's law school. Barry embellished this position as a "professor of law" which everyone knows is completely false.

Barry was not a professor or even a specialist at anything but lying.

On a whim Barry ran for United States Senate for the State of Illinois. Politicians do this all the time to make a name for themselves even if they can't win. At the time the Republican Ryan was a shoe in for the Senate seat, so no real Democrat contenders entered the race, but Barry did.

On a fluke after the primary Ryan's wife Jeri Ryan (Seven of nine from Star Trek) went public that her husband was making her have sex with other people while he watched. Ryan dropped out and Alan Keys moved from Maryland to run against Barry Soetoro.

The election got all kinds of press because there was no blacks in the U.S. Senate and one of these black men was going to be a Senator. Alan Keys did his best to warn everyone Barry was not who he claimed to be, but the public saw him as a carpet bagger. Barry kept the lie going and presented himself as a clean black man that talked like a white man... Illinois elected Barry to U.S. Senate.

The Democrats had already began scrubbing Barry's back ground when Ryan dropped out.

Phil Barry's boy friend from Occidental, was found working in California as a communications specialist (receptionist) for a dental hygienist school and given a diploma from Columbia and cover story. The rest of Barry's drug friends were all given jobs or money by the Democrat machine to keep quiet.

Because Barry was such a news maker as the only Black in the Senate, and he could speak like a white man he was made key speaker for the Democrat convention. Barry then decided to run for President to keep the lie going. No one thought to question Barry's back ground in the Democrat party... They helped cover up the ugly back ground. The only person jumping up and down warning Barry was not who he claimed to be was Alan Keys and he was discarded as just an angry loser.

Now we have a complete fraud sitting in the Office of the President. Clearly the most corrupt, inexperienced, and ignorant President in the history of the United States who's only quality is that he can lie with a straight face.

Barry Soetoro is as much of a fraud as Bernie Madoff and his house of cards will soon fall down.

Both Barack Obama II and Stanley Ann Dunham are invented personas.

A male child was born, probably son of Malcolm X and an unknown woman possibly Jo Ann Newman (per Martha Trowbridge). The childs father knew his days were numbered so to protect his only son he arranged with his Muslim and Communist contacts, to have him brought up in Indonesia under the protection of President Sukarno.

He was a member of the Presidents extended family and under the direct protection of a high ranking Indonesian special forces officer, Pak Lolo Soetoro (which was probably not his real name). Soetoro did have a wife, and Obama believed her to be his mother, but she was not.

Sukarno was removed from power in March 1967.

In 1971, Obama II was moved to Hawaii, at that point the character of Stanley Ann Dunham was created (the birth certificate they use is illegible and that indicates that it does not support the created identity, and therefor everything after that in her story is also false) to allow a connection with communist agents, the Dunham family, and allow Obama II to be mentored in Communism by Frank Marshall Davis.

The Dunhams probably had a son called Stanley Armour Dunham Junior (fate unknown). They initially changed the first names to Shirley Ann, and then ridiculously to Stanley Ann Dunham. SAD was never in Seattle, Why would she go to University there and take a night school or correspondence course)

Obama I was introduce briefy as Obama II's fake father. There probably was a real son of Obama I, but he was sidelined (maybe the Roman Obama who was stranded in KGB training school in Moscow) and the person we now know as Barack Obama II took his identity.

Obama II is a creature of the KGB and the Muslim Brotherhood, who both share aims to impose their way of life on the USA.

In a recent column posted on LewRockwell.com, Judge Andrew Napolitano highlighted a recent New York Times investigative report that reveals how President Barack Obama is engaging in secret assassinations worldwide.

Judge Napolitano begins, "The leader of the government regularly sits down with his senior generals and spies and advisers and reviews a list of the people they want him to authorize their agents to kill. They do this every Tuesday morning when the leader is in town. The leader once condemned any practice even close to this, but now relishes the killing because he has convinced himself that it is a sane and sterile way to keep his country safe and himself in power. The leader, who is running for re-election, even invited his campaign manager to join the group that decides whom to kill.

"This is not from a work of fiction, and it is not describing a series of events in the Kremlin or Beijing or Pyongyang. It is a fair summary of a 6,000-word investigative report in The New York Times earlier this week about the White House of Barack Obama.

Two Times journalists, Jo Becker and Scott Shane, painstakingly and chillingly reported that the former lecturer in constitutional law and liberal senator who railed against torture and Gitmo now weekly reviews a secret kill list, personally decides who should be killed and then dispatches killers all over the world — and some of his killers have killed Americans.

"We have known for some time that President Obama is waging a private war. By that I mean he is using the CIA on his own — and not the military after congressional authorization — to fire drones at thousands of persons in foreign lands, usually while they are riding in a car or a truck. He has done this both with the consent and over the objection of the governments of the countries in which he has killed. He doesn't want to talk about this, but he doesn't deny it. How chilling is it that David Axelrod — the president's campaign manager — has periodically seen the secret kill list? Might this be to keep the killings politically correct?"

The judge concludes, "Since 9/11, the United States government has set up national security systems that function not under the Constitution, not under the Geneva Conventions, not under the rule of law, not under the rules of war, not under federal law, but under a new secret system crafted by the Bush administration and personally directed by Obama, the same Obama who condemned these rules as senator and then extended them as president.

In the name of fighting demons in pick-up trucks and wars that Congress has never declared, the government shreds our rights, taps our cellphones, reads our emails, kills innocents abroad, strip searches 87-year-old grandmothers in wheelchairs and 3-year-old babies in their mothers' arms, and offers secrecy when the law requires accountability.

"Obama has argued that his careful consideration of each person he orders killed and the narrow use of deadly force are an adequate and constitutional substitute for due process. The Constitution provides for no such thing. He has also argued that the use of drones to do his killing is humane since they are 'surgical' and only kill their targets. We know that is incorrect. And he has argued that these killings are consistent with our values. What is he talking about? The essence of our values is the rule of law, not the rule of presidents."

Let me begin by offering kudos to Judge Napolitano for his trenchant column, and kudos to New York Times reporters Jo Becker and Scott Shane for their blockbuster report.

Do readers not find it a little curious that hardly anyone in the national press corps — or even in the vast majority of the local media — has not picked up the Times report? After all, the New York Times is the unquestioned flagship newspaper of America. The vast majority of newspapers around the country rely on the NYT for much of their reporting. So, why didn't we see this report blasted on front pages all across the United States? Do newspaper publishers and editors really think that this report is not Page One worthy? Is not this the kind of story that the freedom of the press was directly designed for? And where were the three major network news shows or even the cable news shows on this report? This is an incredible report, and for all intents and purposes, the story is relegated to media oblivion.

Oh, yes! Maybe we also now know why so many drones are beginning to appear over the skies of America.

One would think that the supposed "anti-Obama" FOX News network would be all over this story. To help enlighten readers, let me quickly point out the sagacious point that Judge Napolitano made in his column, "Since 9/11, the United States government has set up national security systems that function not under the Constitution, not under the Geneva Conventions, not under the rule of law, not under the rules of war, not under federal law, but under a new secret system crafted by the Bush administration."

Ah! There it is! That's why FOX News ignores the story. G.W. Bush is just as culpable in this monstrous activity as is Barack Obama. In fact, Bush is the one who created this modern American version of Hitler's Brown Shirts. When it comes to ignoring the US Constitution and assuming dictatorial Hitlerian policies, Republican and Democrat Presidential administrations of late have been virtual Siamese Twins.

Now, please read this paragraph carefully (taken from HistoryLearningSite.com): "Germany became a nation of snoops. People were employed in each street, in each building complex, etc. with the sole purpose of keeping an eye on others in their 'area' and reporting them to the authorities if they believed that something was amiss. And ladies and gentlemen, this is why electing Mitt Romney will change nothing! The same Orwellian, big-government internationalists who are manipulating Barack Obama, and who manipulated G.W. Bush (and Bill Clinton and George H.W. Bush) are manipulating Mitt Romney. Ever since President Ronald Reagan, it hasn't mattered to a tinker's dam whether a Republican or Democrat has been in the White House. As Sonny and Cher sang, "The Beat Goes On." For all intents and purposes, America only has one party at the national level. Pat Buchanan was right when he said that the Elephants and Donkeys inside the Beltway were "two wings of the same bird of prey."

Of course, if the American electorate suddenly got a surge of constitutional electricity and would elect Congressman Ron Paul as President, the story would be much different. Things would change at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue — not to mention in the United States and the entire world — dramatically. However, with the majority of Americans in the hip pockets of the mainstream media, a Romney/Obama showdown in November seems inevitable (although I am still privately cheering for a Ron Paul coup d'etat at the GOP national convention in Tampa).

So, how many people have been or are on this secret kill list — and who are they? With the vast majority of the mainstream media cowering in abject fear of the federal government, and with both major parties in Washington, D.C., walking in lockstep to the drumbeat of an emerging police state, who is left to even sound an alarm of protest? Well, two New York Times reporters did; Judge Andrew Napolitano did; Lew Rockwell did. And now I am, too.

Is this the kind of government that most Democrats want? Is this what they wanted when they elected Barack Obama? Is this the kind of government that most Republicans want? Is this what they wanted when they elected G.W. Bush?

Anyone who cannot see history being repeated is flat not paying attention! I cannot believe my country has turned into this!

Anyway, thank you Judge Napolitano for being a watchman on the wall!
