Iran flag SC Court reveals Iranian operatives in charge of Obama’s Iran policy since 2009
A ruling handed down on September 13th by the D.C. District Federal Court has finally made clear what many have known for years–that the Obama Administration’s Iran policy was initiated and advanced by a group with illicit, hidden ties to the Iranian Regime and financed by the U.S./Israel- hating George Soros.
In 2009, Barack Obama turned over virtually all responsibility and authority for foreign policy negotiations with Iran to Trita Parsi and his National Iranian American Council (NIAC).  Founded by Parsi in 2003, the Washington-based NIAC is a powerful lobbying group that is “…widely considered the de facto lobby for the Iranian Regime in America.”
Like too many organizations that claim to represent the best interests of the nation of Iran and Iranian-Americans, the NIAC is tightly connected with and known to be funded at least in part by the George Soros empire.  Small wonder NIAC advice on dealing with Iran was replete with claims that Israeli propaganda was responsible for the negative image imposed on otherwise peace-loving, misunderstood Iranian mullahs. Not exactly a friend of Israel is George Soros.
And how did the reputedly “non-partisan” NIAC suggest the Obama Administration proceed with negotiations? Simple. The Council “…opposes sanctions on Iran, soft-pedals any controversial events in Iran, and counsels “patience” regarding Iran’s stance towards its nuclear program.”
What better way for NIAC representatives to serve their hidden masters in Tehran than by promoting a policy of “peaceful coexistence” between the US and Iran. And to the NIAC, peaceful coexistence meant “…acceptance of [the] Iranian government, accepting Iranian hegemony in the Gulf and its place in other parts of the Middle East, removal of sanctions and pressure against Iran, abandon of assistance to the Iranian people’s resistance against the regime and etc.”
For the U.S., the consequences of this game of intrigue played by the Administration’s hand-picked, Iranian representatives are summed up in this statement by Barack Obama:  “I’ve made it clear that the United States respects the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and is not interfering with Iran’s affairs.”  And indeed, this is the path Barack Obama has followed. Not exactly reassuring words from a president charged with keeping the American public safe from a nuclear-bound administration of religious fanatics dedicated to our demise.
And it is thanks to an ill-advised lawsuit that proof of the NIAC’s wrongdoing has finally been placed before the American public. In 2008, Trita Parsi and his organization filed a defamation suit against perpetual critic Seid Dai. Dai had publicly accused Parsi of secretly working with the ruling Iranian Regime against the interests of the United States and the Iranian people. But when Parsi filed suit hoping to silence-through-intimidation such potentially lethal criticism, it opened the floodgates of legal discovery allowing Dai to demand internal NIAC documents and emails that eventually “… confirmed [Parsi’s] ties to the [Iranian] mullahs…”
Not only did recovered emails reveal that Parsi had held “…numerous secret meetings with top level IRI [Islamic Republic of Iran] officials,” “Court documents show the NIAC was guilty of: lying to members of Congress, fraudulent membership numbers, tax law violations and evasions, Lobbying Disclosure Act violation, the Foreign Agents Registration Act violations, foreign bank accounts, defrauding of federal funds, bribing of eye witnesses, etc…”
And so egregious were NIAC attempts to duck its legal responsibilities of discovery that Judge John Bates dismissed the Parsi defamation suit, ordered sanctions against Parsi for his failure to comply with discovery, and ordered Parsi to pay significant percentages of Dai’s costs and fees.
This is an immensely important story, not surprisingly “missed” in its entirety by the mainstream media.
But why has the Romney campaign not demanded Obama’s rationale for handing the foreign policy decisions of the United States and the security of the American people over to representatives of the Iranian government itself? Could voters be pleased upon finding the president had placed America’s safety from possible nuclear attack in the hands of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad?

BEHIND THE SCENES - from ODDS
Trita Parsi has been a dubious character for yrs now, as far back as I can remember, particularly since 2005, when he caught my attention.
During George W Bush years, Parsi was very active & vocal to ensure any chance of Bush administration removing the mullahs’ regime in Iran was eliminated. He was siding with Reformist wing of the Iranian Regime. He was lobbying intensely through NIAC & produced a couple of books, and was a prolific contributor on Iranian blogs & forums, along with his ‘followers’.

Since the Obama administration, I wondered why he had gone rather quiet, at least outwardly. Well, Obama foreign policy regarding Iranian regime explains a great deal.

This description of Trita Parsi & NIAC is very accurate:

“The Council “…opposes sanctions on Iran, soft-pedals any controversial events in Iran, and counsels “patience” regarding Iran’s stance towards its nuclear program.”

“What better way for NIAC representatives to serve their hidden masters in Tehran than by promoting a policy of “peaceful coexistence” between the US and Iran.

And to the NIAC, peaceful coexistence meant “…acceptance of [the] Iranian government, accepting Iranian hegemony in the Gulf and its place in other parts of the Middle East, removal of sanctions and pressure against Iran, abandon of assistance to the Iranian people’s resistance against the regime and etc.””

Back then I tried to do some research on Parsi on the net, but not much was available about “him”, only his academic achievements & professional resume.

What you will find about him in Wikipedia is inflated, misleading and in parts completely false. For example, in Wikipedia, it says he was born to a Zoroastrian family. That is categorically FALSE.

Trita Parsi was born to a muslim family, in Khuzestan province of Iran.

Most Iranians who lived in Khuzestan province, at the time when Trita Parsi was born, were Iranians of Arab ethnicity, hence most definitely muslims.

Khuzestan still has a large Iranian-Arab population.

Also, I know the Zoroastrian priest, who performed the conversion ceremony for Trita Parsi in 1997

Sadly, at that point the Zoroastrian priest was not aware of Parsi’s political inclination, nor was Parsi a political activist at that time.

Additionally, I suspect his birth-name is NOT Trita Parsi. That must be an adopted name. Since many converts choose to adopt a name more in line with their new religion.

In any case, Trita’s relentless pro-Mullah & Islamic stand has only betrayed Iranians of Zoroastrian faith, since the Mullahs’ regime, as with other religious minorities, discriminates against Zoroastrians for housing, education, employment opportunities, and much much more..

Perhaps Trita Parsi is a good example of why, for many centuries after the Islamic invasion of Iran, Zoroastrians did not allow conversion into the faith. And, why the Zoroastrian community in India still does not allow it.

Nevertheless, I should also say that his ‘new faith’ does not & can not prevent him from making choices in life. It is very unfortunate, for him, that he has chosen to lie, mislead, & support a bunch of criminals & charlatans. His actions, however, go precisely against everything that his ‘new faith’ teaches & encourages.

THE MUSLIM TERRORIST TRAITOR IN CHIEF INFILTRATES ENEMIES INTO EVERWHERE

Three-Star General: Muslim Brotherhood Has Infiltrated Department of Defense

ANN ARBOR, MI – U.S. Army Lieutenant General (Ret.) William "Jerry" Boykin, in a recent World Net Daily radio interview, confirmed that people with high security clearances connected to the Muslim Brotherhood hold important positions in every major federal agency including the Pentagon and the Department of Defense.
The Muslim Brotherhood is a radical Islamist organization that has vowed the destruction of America from within.
General Boykin has the credentials to back up his conclusions.  He was one of the original members of the U.S. Army's Delta Force which he ultimately led in combat operations.  He also served a tour in the CIA during which time he participated in clandestine operations throughout the world.   He served his last four years in the Army as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.

Lt. Gen. Boykin, who currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Family Research Council, blasted Republicans for condemning Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., who sounded the alarm by questioning the Brotherhood ties of Huma Abedin, a top assistant to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.  Boykin said that neither Republicans nor Democrats want to protest too loudly over concerns of being branded intolerant.

The Thomas More Law Center now represents LTC Matthew Dooley, a 1994 graduate of the U. S. Military Academy at West Point.

GEN Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff had LTC  Dooley fired as an instructor at the Joint Forces Staff College in order to appease Muslim groups and the White House  who wanted all training materials offensive to Islam purged and all trainers using those materials disciplined.

Are you aware of this new law, signed by President Obama in early March 2012?

ALSO

Eight House committee leaders have written to Obama administration officials asking about reports the administration is considering an Egyptian request to release blind Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman from prison.

"If these reports are true, such considerations would be extremely disconcerting as release of this convicted terrorist should not happen for any reason," the letter from U.S. Reps. Lamar Smith, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla., Mike Rogers, R-Mich., Howard "Buck" McKeon, R-Calif., Peter King, R-N.Y., Hal Rogers, R-Ky. , Frank Wolf, R-Va., and Kay Granger, R-Tex., said. Each chairs a significant House committee.
The query was prompted by a story published Monday by The Blaze and discussed by talk show host Glenn Beck. A Blaze staffer said an unnamed Obama administration told him Abdel-Rahman's release was being "actively considered."
Abdel-Rahman is serving a life sentence for plotting a series of bombing attacks on New York tunnels and landmarks. And he is considered the spiritual influence behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing that killed six people. His imprisonment has become an obsession for some in Egypt, with new President Mohamed Morsi promising to lobby Washington for Abdel Rahman's release when he meets U.S. officials.
It was Abdel Rahman's imprisonment, and not alleged offense to an anti-Muslim video, that triggered violent protests outside the American embassy in Cairo last week, U.S. intelligence officials say.
A Department of Homeland Security report cited postings on an Arabic web forum "inciting Egyptians to target the U.S. Embassy, indicating the U.S. Embassy shouldn't remain in Egypt" unless Abdel Rahman is freed, FOX News reported.
"Succumbing to the demands of a country whose citizens threaten our embassy and the Americans serving in it would send a clear message that acts of violence will be responded to with appeasement rather than strength," said the letter, which was sent to Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. "The blind sheikh should remain in federal prison."
Spokesmen for the Justice Department and National Security Council say that is what is going to happen.
"The blind sheik is going to serve out his life sentence," National Security Council spokesman Tommy Vietor said on Wednesday. "There are no discussions about transferring him. These reports are wrong."
Justice Department spokesman Dean Boyd dismissed the Blaze report as "utter garbage. The Blind Sheikh is not being transferred to Egypt nor is he being released. He is serving life sentence in federal prison. Suggestions that there is discussions to transfer or release him are absolute garbage and completely false."
But the New York Post reports that King, chairman of the House Homeland Security committee, "confirmed the request is being considered."
Andrew McCarthy, who prosecuted Abdel Rahman, told the Blaze he was skeptical about the denials.
"I think the plan has been to agree to the Blind Sheikh's release, but not to announce it or have it become public until after the election," McCarthy said. "That is consistent with Obama's pattern of trying to mollify Islamists. Obviously, they did not want this information to surface yet… but sometimes a situation can spin out of control."

CANADA RIGOROUSLY SCREENS IRANIAN IMMIGRANTS

Canada is cs seeking to move to Canada, Immigration Minister Jason nney said today.

Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird announced in a statement last Friday that Canada was closing its embassy in Tehran and kicking out Iranian diplomats
.
Staff with the Canadian Embassy had already left Iran and Iranian diplomats in Canada had five days to leave, he said.

Immigration services had been removed from the embassy months ago. Speaking Monday in Ottawa, Kenney said that was in anticipation of the embassy's closure.

Those who want to apply to come to Canada must now go through the embassy in Ankara, Turkey, although Kenney says the Canadian government is looking at establishing a visa application centre through another country's embassy.

But Kenney warned that his department is "being very rigorous" in screening Iranian nationals for links to the regime of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

"We want to ensure that people who may be inadmissible, that is to say those who may be associated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard ... the Basij or senior members of the regime are not admissible to Canada under Section 34 through 36 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act," Kenney said.

"Many in the Persian community in Canada have been concerned that people who have been close to, or members of, the regime and their relatives ... have in too many cases been able to establish residency in Canada," he said.

Concerns about Iran's threat to international security

Canada is joining the U.S. and Britain in cutting off diplomatic efforts.
Speaking to Evan Solomon, host of CBC News Network's Power & Politics, Kenney said the mission in Ottawa was being used for illicit purposes.

"There is licit listening, there is diplomatic listening and then there is national security violations. And there is harassment and intimidation and monitoring of our own community by forces of a dictatorship," Kenney said.

He also suggested the safety of Canadian diplomats was under threat with the American and British having left Tehran. The British closed their embassy last year after protesters stormed it and destroyed some of the offices.

Iran was criticized for not providing proper protection.

"Who's next on the list for the Basij-related militia thugs to come in and intimidate?" Kenney said.

"Who is the lead country criticizing Iran at the United Nations General Assembly as the lead sponsor of the human rights resolution? What country is calling out Iran as a major threat to world peace and stability today, arguing for strong sanctions?"

A spokesman for the British foreign office said they understand Canada's concerns about the safety of its diplomatic personnel.

"We share many of Canada's concerns about Iran's threat to international security including its support to the Assad regime, which is prolonging the violence and uncertainty in Syria. We also have serious concerns about Iran's support for terrorist groups including the military wing of Hezbollah."
The U.S. hasn't had an embassy in Iran since the 1979 Islamic revolution in which 52 embassy staff were taken hostage for more than a year.

Anti-regime protesters praise move

Iranians arriving at the newly closed embassy in Ottawa have expressed frustration with the move.

Kiana Alizadeh, an Iranian-Canadian student from Montreal, said the government should have considered the needs of Iranians living in Canada.

"These are the political things. I think it's not fair for the Iranians that are living here. They have to think of these people. So what should we do now?" she asked.

"I don't want to go back for living in my country but I have family there. You know, I have to go, for example, to see my parents."

The Raging Grannies protest group held an information picket outside the newly closed embassy on Monday. They held posters critical of the decision to remove the diplomats.

Representatives from anti-regime groups gathered in front of the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ottawa Monday afternoon.

Shahram Golestaneh, a spokesman for the Iran Democratic Association, said they have asked the Canadian government for years to cut ties with Iran.

(Tom Parry/CBC)

"I believe the very least it can do is send the right signal to the oppressed Iranian people," Golestaneh said. "I don't think that by itself it will [change the regime]. I don't think so. However, there has been many cases that Canada has led the way and other countries have followed. And I hope that this is also the case where other countries would follow."

Having diplomatic relations with the Iranian regime, Golestaneh said, only legitimizes it.

While the Iran Democratic Association was thanking Baird publicly outside Canada's foreign affairs offices Monday, the group's activities are not without controversy: it has ties to the Mojahedin e Khalq, or MEK, also known as the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran.

MEK is currently listed by the Canadian government as a banned terrorist organization. In 2010, several Liberal MPs faced harsh criticism for travel sponsored by the IDA.

MEK was financed by former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein and used violent means to promote its objective of overthrowing the Iranian regime. But many Iranian opposition groups are affiliated with MEK.

MEK renounced terrorism in 2001 and is relocating outside Iraq. The U.S. State Department is considering whether to de-list the group later this year and there are calls for Canada to do the same.

'Increasingly bad behaviour'

A spokesman for Iran's Foreign Ministry, Ramin Mehmanparast, called Canada's decision "hasty and extreme," and said Iran would soon respond, the semi-official Fars news agency reported.

On Sunday, Harper said there was a long list of reasons for suspending diplomatic ties with Iran. He said one of the biggest reasons was increasing concern about the safety of embassy staff in Tehran, because the embassy is on a busy road and he was worried about attacks.

Harper, speaking at the conclusion of the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation summit in Russia, said Canadian diplomats were recalled because of Iran's "capacity for increasingly bad behaviour."

"We know what Iran's record is, not just in terms of treatment of diplomatic personnel, but we know Iran is a state sponsor of terrorism that is pursuing a nuclear program contrary to its international obligations, that it engages in anti-Semitism and genocidal threats against the state of Israel, that [it] is arming the Assad regime.

"So I could go through the list — none of it's very good. Do I anticipate specific actions? No, not necessarily, but as I say, we should all know by now that this is a regime that does not stop at anything. So that's just the reality of the situation," he said
